One of the most promising areas in the fight against oil pollution is the use of microorganisms. When eliminating oil pollution, an important task is the selection of surfactants that facilitate the interaction of oil-oxidizing microorganisms with oil products. Dispersion of hydrophobic substances, in particular petroleum hydrocarbons, dramatically increases their surface. In turn, this significantly increases the area of interaction of hydrophobic compounds with oxygen and oil-oxidizing microorganisms. In this work, the effect of humic substances on the aggregate state of various hydrophobic substances is studied. The bioagents were taken strains: Yarrowia lipolytica and Bacillus thuringiensis. Sodium dodecyl sulfate, melanin and humates were chosen as classic surfactants. As sorbing surfaces, slides that were pretreated with silicone or paraffin were used in the work. Experiments have shown that in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate, the sorption of cells and spores of microorganisms significantly decreased. With longer exposures, the concentration of cells and spores on the glasses not only did not increase, but even decreased. Moreover, the higher the content of sodium dodecyl sulfate, the weaker the cells and spores of the microorganisms were bound to the hydrophobic surface, and the rate of desorption was higher. It was shown that humates at certain concentrations, like twin, dispersed diesel fuel and fuel oil, and also reduced the amount of cell adhesion. The article is devoted to the results of a sociological study conducted within the framework of the innovative educational project “Federal Innovation Platform “Academy of Library and Information Skills” of the Samara State Institute of Culture. This innovative educational project is aimed at creating a new model of the professional development system and developing the creative potential of library and information specialists in the Samara region.The article highlights the advantages and disadvantages of the organization of professional development of library and information specialists in the region, outlines the prospects for the development of this activity, allowing the design of a new additional educational program “Modern library in the digital space”.The problem of improving the system of advanced training of library and information specialists of municipal libraries in the context of the formation of new professional competencies in the digital environment and the influx of specialists with non-core education to library institutions needs to be solved.
Soil-transmitted helminths are one of the most pressing problems of the urban area. Worm infestations are diseases with a high (more than 50%) mortality rate among both children and adults. Therefore, one of the most pressing safety problems of not only the technosphere, but also the homosphere, is the search for methods of disinfestation of the soil cover of urban areas with a minimum load on the biota and ecological risk tending to zero. As a solution to this problem, it is proposed to use secondary plant metabolites (steroid glycoalkaloids) as a means for disinfecting various environmental objects: wastewater and their sediments, soil, sand of playgrounds, etc.
The effect of various concentrations of potato juice (Solanum tuberosum) on the components of terrestrial ecosystems on the shores of water bodies: higher plants (oats (Avenum sativa)) and soil microflora (soil micromycetes Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus terrius, Alternaria alternaria, Fusarium moniliforme) was studied. Revealed moderate phytotoxicity for Avenum sativa, as well as a strong stimulatory effect for Fusarium moniliforme and Alternaria alternaria.
Аннотация. Статья посвящена особенностям языковой подготовки юристов-международников. Авторы описывают подход, сложившийся в рамках научной школы лингвоправоведения международно-правового факультета МГИМО (У) МИД России и доказавший свою эффективность при обучении языку специальности. В рамках данного подхода лингвистика и правоведение становятся равнозначными и равноправными составляющими в получении целостной картины изучаемого объекта -системы юридических понятий и категорий страны изучаемого языка, что полностью соответствует дидактическим целям, преследуемым при подготовке юристов-международниковспециалистов, которые должны не просто оперировать иноязычными терминами, но, понимая стоящие за ними внеязыковые реалии, обеспечивать подлинный диалог культур, жизненно необходимый в условиях современного общества.
