Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of sustainability on word-of-mouth (WoM) intention and revisit intention, with environmental awareness as a moderator. This study was carried out in one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia, namely, Bali. Design/methodology/approach The population in this study was foreign tourists visiting Bali. This study uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique and uses inferential statistics. Inferential statistics was used to test the sample data on the effect of sustainability on WoM intention and revisit intention. The statistical tool used is warp-partial least square. Findings Effect of sustainability on WoM intention is that the higher perception of foreign tourists in the sustainability assessment will increase the WoM intention of foreign tourists. Contrarily, lower perception of foreign tourists on sustainability assessment will lower the WoM intention of foreign tourists. Effects of sustainability on revisit intention is that the higher perception of foreign tourists in the sustainability assessment will increase the revisit intention of foreign tourists. Contrarily, the lower perception of foreign tourists in sustainability assessment will lower the revisit intention of foreign tourists. Environmental awareness moderating the effects of sustainability on revisit intention is that the higher the environmental awareness of foreign tourists visiting Bali, the stronger the influence of sustainability on revisit intention. Contrarily, the lower environmental awareness of foreign tourists visiting Bali will lower the effect of sustainability on revisit intention. Originality/value Destination sustainability research from the perspective of tourists has not been conducted up to the behavior intention, and research is still limited to tourist satisfaction. Research that connects destination sustainability with trust, WoM intention and revisit intention has not been found yet. WoM intention and revisit intention provide a clearer picture than behavioral intention; therefore, this study focuses on WoM intention and revisit intention variables. Destination sustainability research has not been combined with destination quality as an exogenous variable that is able to predict more precisely tourist satisfaction and behavioral intention. Research has not been found on environmental awareness in relation to the sustainability variable and behavior intention. The studies that have been carried out only focus on the effect of environmental awareness on the behavior intention (Gao et al., 2016), and the research has not yet linked it to sustainability.

<p>This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of Muslim religiosity and innovation capability on firm survival. Also, this research investigated the moderation role of environmental uncertainty on the effect of Muslim religiosity and innovation capability on firm survival. The study was conducted during the covid-19 pandemic. The analysis unit of this research was the owners of processed food small enterprises fostered by the regional government of Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The number of respondents involved in this research was 120 Muslim entrepreneurs. Data were collected using closed questionnaires distributed online, than processed using SEM-WarpPLS. The results showed that the Muslim religiosity and innovation capability significantly affected firm survival. Environmental uncertainty significantly weakened the effect of innovation capability on firm survival. However, environmental uncertainty insignificantly weakened the effect of Muslim religiosity on firm survival. These research results indicate the importance of religious formation for small entrepreneurs in this crisis time. Innovation is also important in increasing the firm survival of small companies during the covid-19 pandemic. </p>

This research aims to develop and test the theoretical model of the use of Means-end theory in the creator of a tourism-coordinated value chain that integrates the concept of memorable tourist experience, perceived value, affective commitment, storytelling behavior and destination loyalty. This study used Means-end theory approach by reviewing perceived value in understanding memorable tourist experience and post-experience behavior (perceived value, tourist satisfaction, affective commitment, storytelling behavior and destination loyalty). In particular, this research examined the influence of variable memorable tourist experience, perceived value, tourist satisfaction, affective commitment, and storytelling behavior on destination loyalty.Design/Methodology/Approach: The population of this research was all tourists who had visited the tourist attraction of Borobudur temple, Magelang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The number of samples used was 437 people who were selected with certain considerations, namely tourists who had visited Borobudur Temple at least once. Data collection was carried out in August-October 2020 using google form. This research used SEM analysis tool which was operated by the AMOS application.

This study examines environmental awareness as a moderating variable that strengthens the influence of perceived environmental sustainability, perceived cultural sustainability, and perceived economic sustainability on word-of-mouth intention on foreign tourists, particularly the Y generation, traveling in the Island of Bali. This study also examines the perceived direct effect of environmental sustainability, perceived cultural sustainability, and perceived economic sustainability on word-of-mouth intention. As many as 211 Y generation foreign tourists from countries in the Asian region were selected as respondents to this study. Data was collected by questionnaire using 4 foreign languages and analyzed using WarpPLS. The results show that environmental sustainability, cultural sustainability, and economic sustainability have a significant effect on word-of-mouth intention. Environmental awareness strengthens the influence of environmental sustainability and economic sustainability on word-of-mouth intention, but does not moderate the influence of cultural sustainability on word-of-mouth intention. The results of this study provide an understanding to destination managers to pay attention to sustainability aspects because the increasing environmental awareness of the youth will influence the interest, especially interest in recommending destinations. There The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on SMEs in Bantul, Yogyakarta. During a pandemic, SMEs rely on digital marketing to access consumers. This study aims to examine the effect of digital marketing capabilities on innovation capabilities, the influence of digital marketing capabilities on marketing performance, and innovation capabilities on marketing performance. The research was conducted on SMEs that produce batik at the Giriloyo batik center and the Wijirejo batik center, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Respondents of this study believe 81 SMEs were selected by cluster sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire and the data were processed using SPSS and WarpPLS. The results of this study found that digital marketing capabilities have a significant effect on innovation capabilities, digital marketing capabilities have a significant effect on marketing performance, and innovation capabilities have a significant effect on marketing performance. The results of this study are useful for SMEs to improve their digital marketing capabilities and the government to participate in providing technical training related to online sales.
