Das erkaltete Product wird in Wasser aufgenommen, angesauert und ausgeathert. Ueber die Einwirkung dieser beiden Verbindungen auf einander ist bereits eine kurze Mittheilung l) vertjffentlicht. Die Coniponenten wurden damals einfach gemengt und erwarmt, das Iteactionsproduct aber nur als dickes Oel erhalten. Zu einem krystallisirten Product ftihrt direct folgendes Verfahren : Yortionen bis zu 40 g des aquimolekularen Gemenges (I g Diazoessigmethylather im Ueberschuss ist fur die weitere Reinigung des Additionsproductes vortheilhaft) werden mit 80 ccm Ligro'in (Siedepunkt 70---80°) auf dem Wasserbad am Ruckfluqslruhlrr erwiirmt. Allmahlich tritt Losung des Dimethyliithers ciii ; bald darauf beginnt plotzlich dic Ausscheidung eines fmt fai-blosen Oeles, dcs Additionsproductes, wclches sich als schwerc Scliicht zu Bodcn setzt. Die Reaction wird durch zweistuiidiges Kochen auf dcm Wasserbade zu Ende gefuhrt ; zusehends verschwindet die gelbe Farbe der Diazoverbindung ; Gasentwicklung ist nicht zu bemerken. Nach dem Erkalten wird das Ligroin abgegossen. Das dicke, kaum mehr bewegliche Oel erstarrt entwedcr von selhst oder sofort auf Aussaat einiger Krystallc hin. Die Ausbcutc ist sehr gut; aus 118 g Fumarsgurediincthylester iind 88 g Diazoessigmethylester wurden 205 g festes Rohproduct oder 187 g aus Aether umkrystallisirte Verhindung crhalten. Diese Vermuthung bestatigte sich aber nicht, vielmehr erwies sich das unter grossen Schwierigkeiten ron beigemengtem Diphenylcarbamid und Diphenyldimethylcarbazid isolirte Diphenyldimethylsdfosemicarbazid als identisch mit dem ron E. I n dieser und den beiden folgenden Abhandlungen sind die Additionsreactionen zwiechen Diazoessigester einerseits, Aconit-, Citraconund Itaconsaureester andererseits beschrieben.Wie in den friiher initgetheilten Fallen 2, gelangt man zu Pyrazolderivaten und zwar, da es sich hier urn die Einwirkung von Kiirpern mit doppelter Kohlenstoffbindung handelt, specie11 zu Abkommlingen des Pyrazolins (in den Formeln sei die Carbmethoxylgruppe, COaCH3, durch X bezeichnet):
