Software Engineering (SE) is a discipline, concept, method that focus on all aspects related to software production. SE must adapt organized system and approach in building software. The objective of this article is to discuss needs elicitation in SE, so that the design can be done through utilizing appropriate tools and techniques based on the problem to be solved, restrictions and need that must be met, as well as resource availability. The method used in this article is literature review as a major source of problem analysis. In the next phase, the main topic of the article is clarified, validated, and verified by the model of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The respondents of FGD are lecturers of Informatics Department at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Requirements elicitation is in-dept and comprehensive process of finding information from all stakeholders in relation to the built software. The result of requirements elicitation is the explanation from every stakeholder with natural language related to the will and interest of the built software. The mechanism of finding information can be done through observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentary study, which are then tested with data validation and verification in FGD. The product of requirements elicitation is the User Requirement Document (URD) that can be used as an early artifact in software development process. Furthermore, URD is used as a reference in tracking the suitability between the function of software and the needs of stakeholder. This article formulated analysis approach of SE need, so that it is easily modified, adaptive to growing software complexity, and connected with the analysis of hardware.
Today the use of digital media in science learning has become a demand and necessity, not least in the elementary school level. However, the use of digital devices as a medium of instruction in primary schools should have positive impacts and surplus value, one of them reviving and maintaining local wisdom. This paper aims to present of outlining the challenges and obstacles to pack science learning and local wisdom in digital devices. The research method is qualitative descriptive through stages of elementary school curriculum analysis, local wisdom value analysis and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to find the packaging formula both in science learning. The results show that local wisdom values of a region can integrate into relevant science learning. Appropriate techniques are required in packing the learning design in digital devices by considering the competence factor to be built, the adequacy of the content, the value of local wisdom and the ease of the media to be accessed.
Pet World merupakan salah satu jasa pelayanan kebutuhan hewan peliharaan yang berada di Kabupaten Garut, namun pemenuhan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan belum dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat layanan berdasarkan pada dimensi kualitas yang diberikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta menghasilkan usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pada Pet World. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Mix Method dimana data kualitatif dilakukan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan data kuantitatif digunakan untuk pengolahan metode Servqual untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan, metode ZOT untuk mengukur apakah pelayanan masih dalam batas toleransi, dan metode kano untuk mengukur prioritas.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa atribut layanan yang tidak memuaskan atau atribut yang memiliki gap score negatif yaitu dua atribut pada dimensi tangibles dalam segi kenyamanan dan keamanan, satu atribut pada dimensi reliability pada segi ketepatan dalam produk serta satu atribut pada dimensi responsivenes pada segi akses informasi. Selain itu, metode Servqual, ZOT, dan Kano relevan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan karena pada metode ini mengukur kualitas layanan berdasarkan pada dimensi kualitasnya serta berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract[Measurement of Service Quality Based on Service Quality (Servqual) Dimensions With Zone of Tolerance (ZOT) and Kano on Pet World] Pet World is one of the services for pet needs in Garut Regency, but the fulfillment of the customer satisfaction level has not been optimal. The purpose of this study was to know the level of service based on the dimensions of quality provided to customer satisfaction and to produce suggestions for improvements to improve service quality at Pet World. This study used a Mix Method approach. The Qualitative data was used to test the validity and reliability. The quantitative data was used for processing the Servqual method to measure customer satisfaction, the ZOT method to measure whether the service is still within tolerance limits, and the Kano method to measure priority. The results showed unsatisfactory service attributes or attributes with a negative gap score were two attributes on the tangibles dimension in terms of comfort and security, one on the reliability dimension in terms of product accuracy, and one on the responsiveness dimension in terms of access to information. In addition, the Servqual, ZOT, and Kano methods are relevant to the research conducted because this method measures service quality based on its dimensions and does orient to customer satisfaction.Keywords: Kano; Mix Method; service quality; zone of tolerance
Silegar lemon merupakan usaha kecil, mikro dan menegah (UMKM) di kabupaten Garut yang bergerak di bidang minuman. Lokasi silegar lemon berada jalan Cibuluh-Cikajang, Garut Jawa Barat. Minuman Silegar Lemon dikelola oleh bapak Ade dengan sistem penjualan langsung dirumah dan online. Oleh karena, itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pemilik UMKM merancang strategi baru untuk mengembangkan model bisnisnya dengan pendekatan Busines Model Canvas (BMC) dan analisis SWOT. Pada tahap awal dilakukan pemetaan model bisnis dengan BMC terhadap strategi yang di jalankan pemilik usaha, kemudian dilakukan pengolahaan dengan analisis SWOT untuk menentukan faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Hasil dari penelitian di Silegar lemon yaitu terindikasi dalam matrik IFAS dengan total 4.09 dan EFAS dengan total skor 3,78. Letak titik pada matrik SPACE berapa pada titik 0,39; 0,28 berapa pada kuadran 1 dengan prioritas diversifikasi. Strategi yang disarankan berdasarkan matrik SWOT dan diagram SWOT adalah langkah yang tepat untuk mengatasi ancaman dan membangun kembali kekuatan yang terdapat UMKM Silegar Lemon dengan merombak beberapa strategi, seperti menambah variasi produk untuk melengkapi produk yang ada (diversifikasi konsentris), memperluas jangkauan produk bagi pelanggan baru (diversifikasi horizontal) atau menambahkan variasi produk baru untuk konsumen baru (diversifikasi konglomerat),. Tahap akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu perancangan BMC baru berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT yaitu dengan menambahkan alternatif strategi pada 9 element BMC untuk meningkatkan penjualan Silemon Legar
Asset management is the process of recording, collecting data, reporting and documenting assets at a specific time based on existing provisions, proper asset management can support operational activities especially in the maintenance, repair, and procurement of assets for the organization. This study aims to design an asset management information system for the process of managing asset data and integrated asset depreciation calculation methods for universities. The methodology used in this research is Scrum, which can accommodate changes during the system design process, by taking samples based on the business process of asset management in one of the private universities. This study produced a web-based asset management information system prototype that can assist in managing asset data and calculating asset value depreciation.
<span lang="EN-US">This study aimed to achieve and measure flexibility as a software quality factor of text pre-processing libraries with Indonesian text from social media. Library was built based on a review of some text mining applications that did not yet have a special pre-process for Indonesian text. Text pre-processing libraries were designed and built using an object-oriented approach that was modular to achieve flexibility. Flexibility was measured by the Mc Call Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) metric. Flexibility of library was tested by implementing the library into text mining applications. The results of experiment showed that text pre-processing libraries could be flexible and easy to use without much configuration in text mining applications.
