AbstrakPengukuran kinerja pegawai pada suatu perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk evaluasi dan perencanaan perusahaan di masa datang. Setiap perusahaan mempunyai cara yang berbeda dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja pegawai. Penilaian kinerja harus dilakukan dengan metode yang baik dan tepat sehingga dapat menjamin perlakuan yang adil serta memuaskan bagi para pegawai yang dinilai. Hal ini dapat menumbuhkan loyalitas dan semangat kerja pegawai. Pada makalah ini dibahas pembuatan sistem penilaian kinerja pegawai menggunakan Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Parameter yang digunakan untuk batasan fungsi keanggotaan fuzzy berdasarkan pendapat pakar yaitu tanggung jawab, kedisiplinan dan faktor pengurang. Akurasi sistem dihitung dengan membandingkan keluaran sistem dengan penilaian pakar. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun menghasilkan akurasi 84%. Kata kunci: penilaian, kinerja, pegawai, Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Abstract Measurement of the performance employees at the company is very important for the evaluation and planning of the company in the future. Each company has a different way of assessing employee performance.The performance assessment must be done using a good method so it can ensure fair treatment and satisfactory to the employee being assessed. It can develop loyalty and spirit of employee. This paper discusses the development of employee performance evaluation system using Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto. The parameters used in the fuzzy membership functions are determined based on expert opinion. The parameters are responsibility, discipline and the reduction factor. The accuracy of the system is calculated by comparing the output of the system with decision of expert. Experimental results show that the system produces an accuracy about 84%.
Technology developments that have entered the Society 5.0 era encourage organizations to accelerate the digital transformation process, also encourage MGBK SMA Malang City to develop a website portal to facilitate the organization's business processes in providing a broad impact on the organization. However, the obstacle that often arises in making websites is the incompatibility of the interface with the wishes of the user. Therefore, this study using a usercentered design method to suit the needs of users and organizations. This study indicates that the use of user-centered design methods serves to improve the fit between user needs and the organization's business processes.
BPMN has become the standard of business process modeling indescribing the existing series of business process. By engaging BPMN, an analystwould possibly able to model the whole business process activities in whichhe/she may analyze business process upon design time. It can be done byanalyzing the structure, behavior, or semantic of process model. In certaincondition one may ask a question what would the effects of the process be if itwere to be executed up to this point?. However, it cannot be solved with onlygraphical notation, but with its semantics. In practice, several modeling tools stilldo not provide a feature for managing information regarding the effects/resultsin the business process model. In fact, analysts should be supported with a toolin order to semantically enrich a process model with its effects. This articledescribes effect annotation semantically towards activity in the BPMN modelincluding the rules in representing its effects. The effect annotation will be suitedtowards activity type (atomic and compound activities). The outcomes of plugin development of eclipse BPMN2 modeler for representing semantic effect arealso described in this paper.
A website is typically used as a medium for open, quick, and widespread information dissemination. Additionally, the website has been used for competition-related activities sponsored by an organization, such as information portal websites, registration portals, and competition evaluation media. One of the elements that determines how reliable a website is is its capacity to respond to and handle user requests. Additionally, a website that handles some information related to national competitions needs to be highly reliable. Performance testing was used in this study to evaluate how well the LO KREATIF website responded to and served users, particularly at the same time. The JMeter tool was used to conduct the performance test. The test results show that some web pages in general can serve up to 500 users at the same time stably without errors.
