Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari keaslian dan keunikan Laksa Cihideung sebagai kuliner khas. Penelitian ini berfokus pada keaslian makanan dan keunikan yang didefinisikan sebagai keaslian dan asli Laksa Cihideung dalam berbagai aspek. Ini adalah elemen penting dalam menggambarkan identitas, budaya, dan warisan Laksa Cihideung.Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Jumlah 35 kuesioner menurut klaster dan simple random sampling diisi oleh peserta. Oleh karena itu, wawancara mendalam dilakukan secara individual di antara pakar makanan dan peserta kuesioner untuk mencari bagaimana mereka menafsirkan makna dan karakteristik keaslian dan keunikan Laksa Cihideung yang mempengaruhi rasa makanan.Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dianalisis melalui SPSS 20.0. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, Laksa Cihideung memiliki pengaruh besar dalam menarik wisatawan ke tujuan dari keaslian dan keunikannya.Kata Kunci: Makanan, restoran lokal, Bogor, keaslian, keunikan, dan wisata kuliner. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Cleaning Service Officers Performance on Passenger Economic Satisfaction MV. Kelud PT. PELNI (Persero). Data collection method to test the hypothesis using a questionnaire aimed at 90 respondents of sea transportation service users, especially economy passengers MV. Kelud PT. PELNI (Persero).T Test Results in this study have a calculated t value of 9,686. at the error level (alpha) 0.05 with the number of samples 90 and the number of independent variables 1, the value of t table is (1.987). Because the value of t arithmetic (9,686) is greater than t table (1,987) then H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between Performance (X) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). The results of the calculation of the coefficient determination of the variable Influence the Performance of Cleaning Service Officers on Passenger Economic Satisfaction MV. Kelud PT. PELNI (Persero) is 51.6% It shows that the Performance of Cleaning Service Personnel variables has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of KM economic passengers MV. Kelud PT. PELNI (Persero) while the rest is influenced by other factors. As well as the recapitulation of the average score on the economic passenger satisfaction indicator is 4.06 (Good) which shows that in general, economy passengers of MV. Kelud PT. PELNI (Persero) is satisfied with the performance of the Cleaning Service Officers.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh cita rasadan hargaterhadap kepuasan konsumen Ragusa Ice Cream Italia, Jakarta.Penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulandata menggunakan kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada 100 responden,konsumen Ragusa Ice Cream Italia. Dari hasil penelitian, uji tmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh cita rasa (X1) dan harga (X2)terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) secara signifikan. Besar pengaruhvariabel cita rasa(X1) terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen (Y) adalahsebesar 70,6% dan variabel harga (X2) terhadap variabel kepuasankonsumen (Y) adalah sebesar 73,2%. Hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwaterdapat pengaruh antara variabel cita rasa (X1) dan harga (X2) terhadapvariabel kepuasan konsumen (Y) secara simultan. Beberapa indikatorpada variabel X2 dan Y yang diujikan memiliki nilai di bawah rata-rata.Hal ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi pihak manajemen Ragusa Ice CreamItalia
Abstract-Indonesia has a target of tourist arrivals in 2019, a total of 20 million tourists to visit. Ternate City is the one of government target to increase tourist visitation. They saw that this city has a a variety of tourism products especially the gastronomy who was known influences spice in Europe since 1510. This study was designed to find Ternate featured gastronomy that deserves to become gastronomy tourism destination. The approach used in this study is a descriptive exploratory study, contain description of the data in tabular form and narrative facts corresponding field. The primary data obtained from interviews, observations and focus groups involving all tourism stakeholders. The results obtained showed that Ternate has a varied potential gastronomy with very full featured. This city has potential gastronomy which is presented for ceremonial purposes that have not been commercialized. The people of Ternate saw five menu that can be used as icon and attraction such as Papeda, Gohu Fish, Fufu Smoked Fish, Soru Fish Soup, Garu Vegetable. The promotions and strategies to educate travelers about the gastronomy profile need to be done to make the maximum of the Ternate featured foods familiar to tourists.
Jakarta is a melting pot of cultures from various ethnics and also foreign countries. Even so, Jakarta also has a native population, namely the Betawi ethnic group, who now mostly live on the outskirts of Jakarta because of the development of the capital region. Betawi cuisine is part of an integral Betawi tribe. This Betawi culinary can become one of Indonesia's superior cultural potentials that has special characteristics, high quality and identity, and has a creative ethos and differs creativity, as well as added value economically, technologically and culturally. This research identifies the potential of Betawi culinary to support Jakarta tourism. In addition to culinary, souvenirs can be brought in the form of food and crafts that reflect cultural character. The research method was carried out using a qualitative approach with a grounded theory method. Researchers conducted a desk study activity on culinary tourism potential, compiled a list of Betawi culinary potentials, confirmed the potential of the interviewees (snacks, main food, lunch, dessert, drinks) and made conclusions. The report preparation method is carried out using literature study, field observations, and discussions with informants in the field from the Betawi Women's Association, Betawi Cultural Institute (LKB), Betawi culinary entrepreneurs, and the Jakarta Tourism Office. The achievement of this research is the identification of Ginger Coffee to be used as a potential for souvenirs typical of Betawi which contain locality elements as a basis for developing tourism destinations in Jakarta in particular and Indonesia in general
