The census sampling technique method was used. The population is amounted to 76 batik business actors. The method of analysis is Wrap-PLS 5.0. Findings: The results showed tha implementation of banking and tax regulation for small and medium business actors has a number of positive consequences to success of the business involved. Among them regulation of banks through the determination of rate interest on credit, the ease of credit application and the speed of credit process supported by good business management and financial knowledge (financial inclusion) is a good determinant factor in increasing capital, business scale, profit and business management. Tax regulation through the determination of tax rate, ease of tax access, simplification of tax procedure and transparency regarding taxes supported by good business management and financial knowledge (financial inclusion) become the determinant factor in increasing capital, business scale, profit and business management. Practical implications: The results are interesting from the theoretical and practical aspect to be applied for the financial inclusion. Originality/Value: The paper contains a formalized approach to the success of Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia.
This research aims to analyze the impact which caused by macroeconomic factors to stock returns which mediated by profitability. This research used purposive sampling method with BUKU IV Banks who Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as sample in this research period. The data was taken from the quarterly financial reports of the sample banks and Bank Indonesia. The analysis technique that used in this research are panel data regression and used path analysis to reveal the impact which caused by intervening variable. The results found that interest rates had no significant impact towards stock returns, while the inflation rate and the rupiah exchange rate had a direct significant impact on stock returns. Path analysis found that interest rates, inflation rates and Rupiah exchange rate had no significant affect on stock returns which indirectly mediated by profitability. This research results are very useful as an information for investors and stakeholders to determine good investment decisions in the banking sector.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, dan Suku Bunga Sertifikat Bank Indonesia terhadap Penyaluran Kredit Perbankan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa data triwulanan kredit, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, dan Suku Bunga Sertifikat Bank Indonesia yang diperoleh dari publikasi website Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan alat bantu pengolahan data yaitu program Eviews 8.0 for windows. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji hipotesis parsial (uji t), uji goodness of fit (uji F), dan koefisien determinasi dengan tingkat signifikansi 5 persen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel capital adequacy ratio dan suku bunga sertifikat bank indonesia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit sedangkan variabel non performing loan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit. Model dalam penelitian ini layak untuk menjelaskan penyaluran kredit perbankan pada Bank BUMN. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah referensi di bidang yang berkaitan dengan penyaluran kredit. Serta hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik serta dapat mengembangkan wawasan masyarakat tentang penyaluran kredit bank. Peneliti selanjutnya dengan topik yang sejenis diharapkan dapat menambah variabel bebas lainnya yang diperkirakan berpengaruh terhadap penyaluran kredit seperti DPK, LDR dan variabel makro seperti inflasi.

Strategi komunikasi pemasaran dikatakan sukses apabila keseluruhan program mencerminkan kreativitas yang memberikan kepercayaan kepada konsumen terhadap merek. Kepercayaan konsumen akan timbul karena ada keyakinan bahwa pihak yang terlibat dalam pertukaran akan memberikan kualitas yang konsisten, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Cikarang dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kualitas pelayanan dalam memoderasi atau memperkuat kepercayaan terhadap merek BPJS Ketenagakerjaan saat strategi komunikasi pemasaran disampaikan kepada peserta. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 101 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling aplikasi software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel strategi komunikasi pemasaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan merek. Kualitas pelayanan mampu memoderasi interaksi antara strategi komunikasi pemasaran terhadap kepercayaan merek di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan khususnya Cabang Cikarang.

This research aims to analyze those factors which have an impact towards the entrepreneurial intention on millennial business people in DKI Jakarta. This research was conducted on millennial Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in DKI Jakarta. The Sampling was taken by a purposive sampling technique. Then the research data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents. The data analysis technique that used was multiple linear regression analysis which processed through SPSS 25. The Summary results showed that entrepreneurial motivation, personality and family environment had a significant positive impact on their entrepreneurial intention. While Entrepreneurial knowledge does not have any impact towards entrepreneurial intention on millennial business people in DKI Jakarta. Entrepreneurial motivation, personality, entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment are suitable to explain further relates to the topic.
This study was conducted to test the effect of premium income, underwriting ratio, return on investment and return on equity on profit of insurance company.xThexmethod applied in this study was quantitative method. The population included the general insurance companies registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019.xThexsamples of this study were 10 insurance companies selected using purposive sampling technique.xThextypesxof data used on this study was secondary data. The method of data collection applied was documentation method and the technique of data analysis applied was multiple linear regression with a significance level of five percent. The results of the analysis showed that: (1) premium income had positive significant effect on insurance profit, (2) underwriting ratio had positive significant effect on insurance profit, (3) return on investment had positive significant effect on insurance profit, (4) return on equity had no significant and negative effect on insurance profit.
