A high prevalence of scabies is generally found in environments with high density of residents and interpersonal contacts such as Islamic boarding schools, prisons and orphanages. The impact arising from scabies caused by personal hygiene problems includes the frequency of bathing, washing hands, using soap or not, changing clothes and towels, clean bedding, hair hygiene, nail hygiene, dental and oral hygiene, foot and shoe care, eye hygiene, ear hygiene and nose hygiene. The clinical manifestations that are usually caused are itching which is usually severe and will get worse at night and there are blisters or small, thin bumps on the skin.The solution of this community service is to provide health education and scabies prevention simulations to change or increase students' knowledge about scabies prevention.The results obtained by the participants in following the activities of community service well all followed the activity sequence without leaving the venue, a total of 37 participants were santri wati, they enthusiastically asked questions and participated in practicing the activities taught and carried out simulations of prevention of scabies.
The prevalence of cases of hypertension is very high in the elderly, namely 60% -80% at the age above 65 years. The number of elderly people suffering from hypertension at Budi Luhur Jambi PSTW in November 2018 was 22 elderly and had received regular hypertension medication every day but the elderly blood pressure was still high. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is any effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. This study used the Quasi Experiment method with the design of Non Equivalent Control Group Pretest-Posttest, with random sampling technique, the number of samples was 20 elderly consisting of 10 elderly experimental groups given hypertension drugs as well as progressive muscle relaxation therapy and 10 elderly control groups who only given hypertension medication. This research was conducted at Budi Luhur PSTW Jambi on 28 January-2 February 2019. Progressive muscle relaxation therapy is given once a day every morning for six consecutive days. Based on the analysis using the Dependent T test in the experimental group, it was found that systolic blood pressure was p value 0.0001 and diastolic blood pressure was p value 0.002 <(0.05). the results of the analysis using the Independent T test found differences in the blood pressure of the experimental group and control where systolic blood pressure p value 0.031 <(0.05), while the diastolic blood pressure p value 0.009 <(0.05), it can be concluded that there significant to the blood pressure of elderly people with hypertension before and after being given progressive muscle relaxation therapy. This study is expected to be a new program at PSTW Budi Luhur Jambi to reduce high blood pressure in elderly people who suffer from hypertension.
Laparatomi surgery in the Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital Operating Room in the last 3 years has increased. The average per month of Laparatomi surgery in 2017 is 31 actions, in 2018 there are 33 actions and increased to 38 actions in 2019. This research aims to look at the effect of the aroma of lemon therapy on decreasing pain intensity in post-op Laparatomi patients in the operating room Raden Mattaher Hospital in Jambi. This research is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental design without control group. Aims to see the effect of the aroma of lemon therapy on the decrease in pain intensity in post-op Laparatomi patients in the Raden Mattaher Hospital Operating Room Jambi. The population of this study was all post-op patients in the Operating Room at Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital in the 2019 Deesember period with a total of 44 people. Samples amounted to 10 people. Accidental sampling, t-dependent statistical test. The results of the study on average scale pain post Laparatomi patients before being given the aroma of lemon therapy was 5.20 (moderate pain). After being given the aroma of lemon therapy, the average pain scale of the patient was 4.50 (moderate pain). The difference between the pre-test and post-test pain scales was 0.70. There is an influence of the aroma of lemon therapy on the decrease in pain intensity in post-op Laparatomi patients with a p-value of 0.001 (p <0.05). Researchers hope at the Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital to make the aroma of lemon therapy as an alternative that can be used to help reduce the pain felt by post-op Laparatomi patients.
Advances in technology have led to changes in lifestyle, such as the availability of various technological products that make it easier for human activities to become less mobile. Changes in behavior and eating patterns that lead to fast food with high energy, fat and low fiber content contribute greatly to the increase in the prevalence of diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between length of stay and body mass index on symptoms of neuropathy in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Working Area of the Kenali Besar Public Health Center, Jambi City. This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all people with diabetes mellitus in the Working Area of the Kenali Besar Health Center totaling 200 people, with a total sampling technique with a sample of 178 people. Data were obtained using a questionnaire. Statistical test using Chi-square test. The results showed that most of the respondents suffered from diabetes mellitus >5 years (83.7%), overweight (69.1%) and had symptoms of severe neuropathy (57.3%). There is a significant relationship between the duration of suffering from diabetes mellitus with symptoms of neuropathy with p-value = 0.012. There is a significant relationship between body mass index and symptoms of neuropathy in patients with diabetes mellitus with p-value = 0.022

Teenagers who are obese usually tend to experience Menarche earlier than thin young women (Andira, D. 2010). Data obtained in SDN 205 City Jambi amounted to 45 respondents.
