This article describes the process of analysis, design and implementation of a web system for the management of the evaluation processes of the Institutional Tutoring Programs of the Higher Education Institutions that make up the Central West Region of the Asociación Nacional de Universidades e Instituciones de Educación through the collaboration of the Tutoring Network and the Tutoring Department of the Universidad Tecnológica de Jalisco. This process was developed through the agile SCRUM methodology due to the periodicity of the phases and their implementation. The objective of the system is to automate the peer evaluation process in which the members of the Network participate as a continuous improvement strategy and that directly affects the comprehensive training of students, in addition to being consistent with the Quality Management Systems of the HEIs and with the recommendations of the Accrediting Experts of the Consejo para la Acreditación de la Educación Superior and the criteria of the Federación de Instituciones Mexicanas Particulares de Educación Superior as processes that ensure quality in Educational Programs, contributing to the continuous improvement of support services for students.
This paper analyzes the impact ofintellectual capital considered as the new paradigm of competitiveness (Bueno, 2008, Villegas-González, Hernández-Calzada and Salazar-Hernández, 2017), through the implementation of a comprehensive web system for Academic Management and Linking of the Collaborative Thematic Network, on the companies in the SinergianetworkAcademia-EmpresaMyPymes de México, from the area of influence of the Technological Universities, integrated by the Academic Bodies: UTBB-CA-1 Information Technologies for the technological development of Bahía de Banderas and the UTJAL-CA-2 Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Integral Development for SMEs of the Technological University of Jalisco, same that served as coordinator of the Thematic Network of Academic Collaboration.Basis in the Skandia on companies of the SinergiaAcademiaEmpresa network of MyPymes in Mexico, based on the Skandia Navigator Model, which is tropicalized, assessing relationships between pairs ofvariables, through cross-checking or contingency tests,followed by discriminant analysis; to finally recognize therelationship between the variables "How many employees of your company are satisfied with work?" and "What is the rate of satisfaction of your customers?", as the one that has the best association to promote the generation of value.
The purpose of this work is to develop a new analysis proposal an integrate the tools in the management of productive technological evolution projects in the industrial area, through a technological and procedural assurance plan for change management, focused on the creation of value and innovation, in order to face the challenges of globalized competition, respond to a productive logic with characteristics of the so-called smart factory and thus close the technological gap. Among the significant tasks, the review and analysis of the means of integration was developed, to associate them with the existing knowledge generated in the interaction, with practical purposes in decision-making activities, for the construction of strategies, and daring actions to face challenges, that promote the change to contemporary technologies, rapid methodologies, for the design and management of engineering and industrial automation projects, in order to generate competitive advantage in MyPyMES. The results allowed the construction of a Technological Adaptation Model that supports MyPyMES.
This article describes the process of analysis, design and implementation of the reengineering process for the continuous improvement of a distributed system that is integrated by a suite of applications and servers that perform the processing for the simulation in 2D and 3D of chemical reactions and pattern recognition. This distributed system establishes a framework for the modeling, representation and simulation of chemical reactions through compounds and the elements of the periodic table, to support face-to-face activities mediated by technology for the chemistry subjects of the Educational Institutions Superior offered by these Educational Programs. This reengineering process was executed with the implementation of the agile SCRUM methodology for the production of the suite. This suite of applications will allow students and teachers through simulations to understand and understand the interaction of the elements with each other, providing support in real time, fundamental for the understanding of topics such as valence electrons and chemical bonds. , which will allow undoubtedly to support the training process of students
El presente artículo describe el proceso de desarrollo tecnológico a través de una metodología de Ingeniería de Software para la creación de una aplicación móvil enfocada para la plataforma Android implementada en la Universidad de Guadalajara como una herramienta de apoyo para los docentes de la institución en el control y gestión de planeación escolar y evaluación. Esta aplicación tiene como objetivo fungir como un sistema integral de gestión de planeación de cursos, brindando a los docentes de la institución las herramientas necesarias para el perfeccionamiento y automatización de los procesos relacionados con el control administrativo de cursos, asimismo brindar una serie de herramientas para facilitar la evaluación del alumnado. This article describes the process of technological development through a software engineering methodology for the creation of a mobile application focused on the Android platform implemented at the Universidad de Guadalajara as a support tool for teachers in the institution in the control and management of school planning and evaluation. This application aims to serve as an integral management system for course planning, providing teachers of the institution with the necessary tools for the improvement and automation of processes related to the administrative control of courses, as well as providing a series of tools for facilitate the evaluation of students.
