This paper analyzes the impact ofintellectual capital considered as the new paradigm of competitiveness (Bueno, 2008, Villegas-González, Hernández-Calzada and Salazar-Hernández, 2017), through the implementation of a comprehensive web system for Academic Management and Linking of the Collaborative Thematic Network, on the companies in the SinergianetworkAcademia-EmpresaMyPymes de México, from the area of influence of the Technological Universities, integrated by the Academic Bodies: UTBB-CA-1 Information Technologies for the technological development of Bahía de Banderas and the UTJAL-CA-2 Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Integral Development for SMEs of the Technological University of Jalisco, same that served as coordinator of the Thematic Network of Academic Collaboration.Basis in the Skandia on companies of the SinergiaAcademiaEmpresa network of MyPymes in Mexico, based on the Skandia Navigator Model, which is tropicalized, assessing relationships between pairs ofvariables, through cross-checking or contingency tests, followed by discriminant analysis; to finally recognize therelationship between the variables "How many employees of your company are satisfied with work?" and "What is the rate of satisfaction of your customers?", as the one that has the best association to promote the generation of value.
The purpose of this work is to develop a new analysis proposal an integrate the tools in the management of productive technological evolution projects in the industrial area, through a technological and procedural assurance plan for change management, focused on the creation of value and innovation, in order to face the challenges of globalized competition, respond to a productive logic with characteristics of the so-called smart factory and thus close the technological gap. Among the significant tasks, the review and analysis of the means of integration was developed, to associate them with the existing knowledge generated in the interaction, with practical purposes in decision-making activities, for the construction of strategies, and daring actions to face challenges, that promote the change to contemporary technologies, rapid methodologies, for the design and management of engineering and industrial automation projects, in order to generate competitive advantage in MyPyMES. The results allowed the construction of a Technological Adaptation Model that supports MyPyMES.
The purpose of this work is to identify, based on the literature, some of the dimensions and/or factors of the existing process in entrepreneurial ecosystems, considering the interior, financial structure, strategic alliances and decision making by senior management y the Universities through the literature review to propose a measurement instrument conductive to an entrepreneurial orientation (OE), developing its operationalization at a conceptual level to enhance innovation and improve business performance. The paper is a review of the literature published in various sources, including Journal of business Research, Human Resource Development Review, Journal of Management Studies, journal of Marketing Communications, Academy of Management Journal, International Journal of Technology Management & Sustainable Development, among others. The results of the literary review of 137 articles allow us to recognize that: OE is defined by many scholars on the subject, according to different thematic approaches; the proposal by Lumpkin and Dess (1996) includes five dimensions: 1) autonomy 2) competitiveness 3) innovation 4) proactivity 5) risk taking; influenced by communication networks within strategic alliances, baked by senior management teams, their cultural profile and social responsibility, for a transdisciplinary and multidisciplinary effect that generates innovation. The results of the review allowed the construction of an instrument with a hundred questions to improve the process of measuring the impact of OE an CI on SMEs.
Disruptive innovation project regarding technologies available in the transformation industry, in order to face the challenges of globalized competition, respond to a production logic with characteristics of the so-called smart factory and thus close the technological gap to the use contemporary and innovative industrial automation systems through cyber physical elements for the constitution of a digital twin. Among the significant tasks, the review and analysis of the integration means for Industry 4.0 was developed through the use of techniques and tools of rapid methodologies for the design and management of engineering projects, as well as the diagnosis and design proposal of solution in improvements. Therefore, it is a functional approach to the estimated interpretation of international standards when developing the application of a standard process control solution with the capacity to be reworked and composed in such a way that a hybrid productive architecture is generated.
This article describes the process of analysis, design, development and implementation of the modules of registration, validation and data collection on the RESSUDI Web Site for the development of the initial diagnosis of University Social Responsibility at the Universidad Tecnológica de Jalisco. This technological development meets the need to implement actions and strategies in the integral formation of the University Community that transcend the Institution's interior and exterior, for which the Research Group (RG) UTJAL-CA-2 Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Integral Development for SMEs developed through its Innovative Lines of Applied Research and Technological Development (ILARTD) this implementation through the agile SCRUM methodology, derived from its periodicity characteristics and its high flexibility to changes. The data collection module includes different questionnaires for each of the actors that make up the University Community, such as academics, administrative staff and students, which will be later analyzed through the specialized statistical software SPSS for the development of an Intervention Program Institutional.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
