Transformation of economies with the application of information and communication technologies not only strengthens the competitiveness of countries in the international market, but also helps optimize and improve business processes in the international business environment. The purpose of the academic paper is to study the impact of digitalization on the development of the world economy on the example of the economies of the European Union member states. The following methods have been used, namely: analysis, description, generalization, induction, deduction, tabular representation, graphical representation, correlation analysis, systematization and grouping. Results: The positions of the European Union member states that are actively implementing the Digital Single Market strategy have been analyzed. It has been established that according to The Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI), Finland, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands and Malta have been among the top 5 leaders with the highest level of digitalization of the economy in 2020. Based on the study of The IMD World Digital Competitiveness Ranking, it has been found that the European Union member states, which are among the top 10 leading countries, such as: Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands, have a high level of ability and readiness to research and implement digital technologies in order to achieve economic transformation and business transformation. The results of the correlation analysis have revealed the interrelationship between the values of Digital single market – promoting e-commerce for individuals and Enterprises that have provided training to develop / upgrade ICT skills of their personnel (%). It has been proved that Sweden, Malta and Estonia show a very high positive correlation, which indicates that these countries are actively implementing digital technologies in the development of economic processes.

The relevance of this study lied in actualising the issue of increasing the level of social consolidation of Ukrainian society under the conditions of a number of political, economic, social, and cultural transformations. Intangible cultural heritage serves as the main resource for the establishment and development of national consciousness, which, in turn, strengthens integration processes within society. The purpose of the study is to prove the value of intangible cultural heritage in the modern life of Ukrainians and substantiate the need to preserve cultural values in the course of historical development as a powerful ethno-unifying factor. In the course of the study, general scientific methods, namely analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, systematic, and comparative were used for logical and consistent presentation of the material. A critical approach to information allowed comprehensively and thoroughly examining the issue of cultural heritage as a unifying factor. As a result of the study, it was discovered that due to complex socio-political and globalisation processes, there is still a need to preserve the traditional heritage, which is an indicator of cultural independence, proving the uniqueness and originality of each nation. Therefore, in the course of the technologisation of society.

The paper contains a proposed methodology for determining the digital readiness of retail, which, unlike the known ones, allows managing the internal capabilities of digital transformation of enterprises in the FMCG retail segment. This technique has a number of advantages: data availability; ease of calculation; sufficiency and non-overloading of the attributes of the resulting feature; the possibility of using both in the process of primary self-diagnosis and at the control stage to determine the effectiveness of changes in the implementation of digital projects in retail. The proposed methodology involves the calculation of the integral index of digital readiness of retail enterprises, which is an indicator. It is based on morphological analysis and a formalized system of scoring share indices according to the selected components of internal capabilities for the digital transformation of an enterprise. The internal possibilities of digital transformation of retail are investigated in the context of management and support subsystems. The managerial subsystem of the digital readiness of the organization is formed by two groups of digitalization factors: the aspiration of the management staff and the presence of a digital strategy of the enterprise. The following factors are referred to the supporting subsystem: digital potential and digital culture of the enterprise. The parameters and attributes that characterize the internal capabilities of an enterprise in digital transformation in the context of the selected factors and subsystems are determined. A scale for interpreting the assessment of the level of internal digital capabilities for adapting an enterprise to the conditions of business digitalization is substantiated. The proposed methodology was tested on a representative quota sample of network FMCG segment objects, which included the largest retail operators in the region under study in terms of retail turnover. The results obtained made it possible to identify gaps in the management and support subsystems of the digital transformation of retail and offer a solution for managing the internal digital capabilities of the enterprises under study. It has been established that the main reason for the inhibition of digitalization processes is the weak will of managers and the lack of formation of digital thinking, lack of experience in developing and implementing a digital development strategy, limited financial resources, a weak level of digital skills of employees, as well as a lack of methods for assessing and managing digital transformation processes. The results obtained form the basis for discussions on industry-specific factors of business readiness for digital transformation. As well as the prerequisite for determining the directions of digital activity of network retailers, developing scenarios for digital business transformation.

На підставі узагальнення і критичного аналізу теоретичних знань з управління капіталом підприємницьких структур і результативності цього процесу обґрунтовано концептуальні положення оцінювання результативності управління капіталом підприємства. Наведена авторська точка зору щодо трактування капіталу підприємства, системи і процесу управління ним, суті та змістовності поняття «результативність управління капіталом підприємства», моделювання процесу оцінювання результативності управлінських дій. Визначено принципи, що забезпечують підвищення об’єктивності результатів оцінювання та їхню практичну значущість для своєчасного коригування управлінських дій щодо капіталу підприємства.

Клієнтський досвід усе більше набуває важливості як підґрунтя (необхідна умова) нарощення конкурентних переваг у готельно-ресторанній індустрії. У новітніх умовах клієнти стають дедалі вибагливішими та вимогливішими до сервісного продукту готелю, у результаті чого ускладнюється завдання управління клієнтським досвідом. Тому актуальним є дослідження формування цінності клієнтського досвіду та прикладного інструментарію ефективного управління ним в умовах цифровізації. Метою статті є розробка науково-практичного інструментарію управління клієнтським досвідом у готельно-ресторанній індустрії в умовах цифровізації економіки. Досліджено проблеми цифровізації управління клієнтським досвідом у готельно-ресторанній індустрії та розроблено науково-практичний інструментарій, який здатний забезпечити підвищення ефективності управлінського процесу. Ідентифіковано замкнений цикл формування цінності клієнтського досвіду як така послідовність: посилення конкурентних переваг; підвищення задоволеності клієнтів; формування лояльності; прихильність до готелю та адвокація; приваблення нових клієнтів. Запропоновано структурно-логічну послідовність управління клієнтським досвідом у закладах готельно-ресторанного господарства, що інтегрує дослідницькі, аналітичні та управлінські заходи в єдиний комплекс дій управлінського персоналу, орієнтований на покращення клієнтського досвіду. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що формування стратегічних альтернатив визначається стилем управління клієнтським досвідом (проактивне, реактивне) та забезпечуються комплексом відповідних методів, зокрема: кулхантинг, трендвотчинг, форсайт-дослідження, бенчмаркінг, дизайн-мислення. Досліджено цифрові канали взаємодії із клієнтами; сформовано сукупність із 29 підприємств готельно-ресторанної індустрії, зокрема 14 готелів 3-х зірок і 15 готелів 4-х зірок, розташованих у м. Києві та Київській області. Надано бальну оцінку ступеню застосування цифрових каналів взаємодії з клієнтами та виявлено, що провідним каналом просування готельно-ресторанних послуг в умовах цифровізації залишається офіційний сайт закладу, а зворотного зв'язку з клієнтами-представленість у TripAdvisor і робота пабліків закладів індустрії гостинності в соціальних мережах.

Метою статті визначено розроблення концептуальної моделі побудови системи обліково-аналітичного забезпечення управління торговельним підприємством із вбудованою в усі етапи обліково-звітного процесу маркетинговою функцією. Розроблено концептуальну модель обліково-аналітичного забезпечення управління маркетинговою діяльністю елементів бізнес-процесів торговельного підприємства. Для документального оформлення витрат на маркетингові заходи запропоновано складати наказ про проведення маркетингових заходів, договір на надання маркетингових послуг, акт приймання-передачі маркетингових послуг. Для здійснення контролю над кожним видом маркетингових заходів у складі маркетингової функції запропоновано виділяти функціональні підвиди: аналітична діяльність; інноваційна діяльність; збутова діяльність; організація та управління маркетинговою діяльністю.

The article is devoted to the conceptualization of the strategic management of the biocluster on the basis of a balanced system of indicators and digitalization. In the course of the research, it was proved that the dynamism and imbalance in the external environment actualize the search for new approaches to the strategic management of the association of subjects of economic activity, which functions on the basis of bio-economic development. It is noted that the priorities are adaptive approaches to management that lead to the balanced use of resources and the achievement of external balance in business relations, the readiness and ability to act with the least risk in conditions of uncertainty. In order to increase strategic efficiency and achieve the desired results of biocluster development, a balanced system of indicators is recognized as the most effective among the existing management models. It makes it possible to clearly formulate and implement strategic plans, to provide feedback between internal business processes and external indicators. The concept of using a balanced system of indicators in the strategic management of a biocluster was formed. The factors of the external and internal environment of the enterprises participating in the biocluster, which influence the spread of the practice of using a balanced system of indicators in the strategic management of its development, have been identified. The technology of formation and the mechanism of introduction into the management information system of the strategic management of the biocluster of a balanced system of indicators and digital data processing technologies are proposed. The basis for the administration of the biocluster management information system and the digital outline of the formation of a strategic program for transferring the mission and strategy of the biocluster into the mode of effective use, capacity building and development have been formed. Indicators of strategic management of the biocluster are systematized by groups characterizing the potential of the biocluster, personnel and quality of service, customers of the biocluster, additional services, level of internal organization, financial and economic indicators, innovative changes, development of the biocluster. Assessing and tracking the degree of their growth and stability makes it possible to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the biocluster, to identify tolerance and resistance to changes in the parameters of the business environment, and to establish ways of achieving the set development goals. In the complex, this ensures the effectiveness of the strategic management of the biocluster.
