Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh para pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan Soft Skills, jiwa kewirausahaan dan pemahaman kewirausahaan digital. Pengembangan dan peningkatan yang dilakukan berupa pengembangan keterampilan soft skills, jiwa kewirausahaan, dan pemahaman kewirausahaan digital sehingga dapat berguna dalam mengembangkan usaha yang akan dijalankan di kemudian hari.Guna mewujudkan program pemerintah untuk menjadikan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang Go Online! Serta mendukung langkah pemerintah Indonesia dalam menghadapi era Industri 4.0, maka hampir seluruh sektor yang ada berupaya untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut. Salah satu sektornya adalah sektor Industri, dimana perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat mengharuskan seluruh elemen industri untuk transfromasi menggunakan Artificial Intelligence. Pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu pelaku industri yang sangat perlu diperhatikan yag dapat disebut juga dengan genrasi digital, untuk itu upaya menyatukan antara generasi muda, teknologi, dan industri 4.0, makan diperlukan pelaksanaan pelatihan guna meningkatkan keterampilan-keterampilan yang dibutuhkan. Kajian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan penyebaran kuesioner.
Social media is an effective tool for millennials to learn many things nowadays. However, not all millennials understand how to use social media as a something useful, including entrepreneurial spirit. Therefore, this programme held to 1) emerge teenagers ‘entrepreneurial spirit through social media; 2) socialize social media ethics with its functions for learning. The method used was cooperative learning which matched for teenagers such as explanation, games, question and answer, sharing experience, case study, and discussion. Based on activities evaluation, both knowledge and spirit of the participants (teenagers) about entrepreneurship and social media ethics increased. Furthermore, there will be follow up programs by visiting some entrepreneurship facilities such as Management Business Development Centre (PPMB), Carrier Development Centre (CDC), and Capital Market Laboratory of Economics Faculty Universitas Negeri Jakarta. By this program, we expect that the participants are motivated to develop their entrepreneurship spirit.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui deskripsi dari pengembangan karir, kompensasi finansial dan kepuasan kerja karyawan subdivisi plate manufacturing PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia, pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan subdivisi plate manufacturing PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia, pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan subdivisi plate manufacturing PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia, model penelitian pengembangan karir dan kompensasi finansial dapat memprediksi kerpuasan kerja karyawan Subdivisi Plate Manufacturing PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 121 orang karyawan subdivisi plate manufacturing PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei yaitu menyebarkan kuisioner yang kemudian diolah dengan progam SPSS 22. Hasil dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan model penelitian pengembangan karir dan kompensasi finansial dapat memprediksikan kepuasan kerja karyawan subdivisi plate manufacturing PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia.
The food and beverage industry is the second largest contributor to Indonesia’s economy; however, most industry firms significantly, and negatively, impact ecological and economic performance, and corporate sustainability performance is considered an area that can be significantly improved. This study aims to measure the causal interrelationships among the hierarchical attributes, as well as the decisive attributes that force successful corporate sustainability. Further, there are also other factors that have a negative impact, such as poor social justice and firms’ responsibilities and identities. Hence, emphasizing the ethics role to ensure a better sustainable performance in addition to focusing on the traditional triple-bottom-line is needed. A hybrid method is used. The fuzzy Delphi method develops a valid theoretical structure. The fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory addresses the causal effect among the attributes. The fuzzy Kano model is used to determine the decisive attributes that enhance corporate sustainability performance in practice. The results show that a leadership role, tenet values, human potential development, and environmental impacts are the causative aspects, and the role of ethical issues is confirmed though its influence on the leadership role and tenet value aspects. This study contributes to the corporate sustainability performance literature by offering new theoretical angles as a hierarchical structure and elaborating the causal linkages among the attributes. Practical guidelines are provided to the Indonesian food and beverage industry, thus helping to archive reference data on firm performance and competitive advantage.
