Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei yang dipilih dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kinerja guru dan budaya organisasi dengan Thitung 6,81 dan Ttabel 1,70. Dari uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan, dapat dinyatakan bahwa penelitian ini terdistribusi normal dan linier dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 27,24 + 0,408X. Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi variabel budaya organisasi dengan kinerja guru, diperoleh pengaruh yang kuat yaitu sebesar 0,741. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi yang dibuat menghasilkan 0,5497 atau sebesar 54,97%, ini berarti bahwa sebanyak 54,97% budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja guru, sedangkan sisanya 45,03% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam model ini.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, kinerja guru, sekolah kejuruan.THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON TEACHER PERFORMANCEAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. The research methodology used was survey method which was selected by saturated sample technique. The result shows that there is positive influence between teacher’s performance and organizational culture with Tcount of 6.81 and Ttabel of 1.70. It is also expressed normal and linearly distribution with regression equation Ŷ = 27.24 + 0.408X. Based on correlation coefficient of organizational culture variables with teacher performance obtained a strong influence that is equal to 0.741. Based on the calculation of coefficient of determination made to produce 0.5497 or equal to 54.97%, this means that as much as 54.97% of organizational culture affects teacher performance, while the remaining 45.03% was influenced by other variables not described in this model.
This research aims to explore elementary school teachers' perceptions of implementing an independent curriculum during the COVID-19 pandemic imposed by the Indonesian government as alternative learning to address the problem of learning loss. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 38 teachers in primary schools across 13 different regions in Indonesia. Data analysis using thematic qualitative quasi-analysis. The analysis found four main themes: urgency, challenges, support and teaching strategies in implementing an independent curriculum. The research concludes that the success of the curriculum will be determined mainly by technological readiness, support and collaboration from all stakeholders, both central and local governments, educational quality assurance institutions, universities, schools, teachers, parents and the community. This research contributes to solve the problems faced by the Indonesian government due to the impact of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic which results in low literacy.
This study examined the impact of school culture and teachers' stress on satisfaction among vocational teachers. Vocational school as a school with the development of work-ready skills, combine learning dual system by learning in school and work in the industry, needs to be examined as the effectiveness of teacher abilities and overall education policy. Teacher satisfaction in this study is regarding teachers' feeling level of pleasure as an upbeat assessment of the work and its environment (school). Data were collected through a survey into 142 teachers of vocational high school in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia. Data were analysed by path analysis to determine the effects among variables and processed by SPSS 24. The results showed that school culture which now impacts teacher stress equal to 1,795%, the contribution of teacher stress which is directly teacher's job satisfaction equal to 43,296%, the contribution of school culture to teacher's job satisfaction skill through teacher stress is 5,198%. The findings are that teacher's job satisfaction is directly influenced by the teacher's pressure with a dominant influence. Physical condition is the leading indicator in developing teacher's job satisfaction skills for school in policy-making as well as a teacher. Simultaneously school culture and teacher's stress affect teacher's satisfaction skills by 52.3% and 47.7% influenced by other variables. This study also recommends further research to develop variables on aspects of teacher's competence and creativity in measuring teacher satisfaction skills, both in direct and indirect influence.
This study aims to determine the school committee in an effort to empower SMAIT Al Qudwah Depok City in order to improve the efficiency of school management. This research was qualitative research site in SMAIT Al Qudwak Depok. The data source research is the principal, vice principal, school board committees as well as some students. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, documentation and archive footage, while the analysis of data using qualitative data analysis interactive model. The results showed that: (1) The Board committee at Al-Qudwah SMAIT Depok City consists of various professions and have a minimum education level Bachelor (S1); (2) Implementation of the program of work of the school committee in SMAIT Al Qudwah Kota Depok yet fully effective. It is characterized by not fahamnya school board committee will function and role of the school committee in improving the efficiency of school management in schools; (3) Empowerment committee at Al-Qudwah SMAIT Depok City has not fully maximized. It is characterized by the limited space of empowerment for the management committee of the school as a partner school. Besides, the school has not fully facilitate the school committee to explore the potential of its staff so that its existence can be empowered.
