Program Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pelatihan perencanaan keuangan didasari oleh rendahnya literasi keuangan keluarga di masyarakat. Rendahnya literasi keuangan menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan keuangan dalam rumah tangga seperti tingginya pengeluaran daripada pendapatan atau tingginya tingkat utang. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga dalam merencanakan keuangannya khususnya Ibu rumah tangga. Ibu rumah tangga memiliki andil besar dalam pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Peserta pelatihan merupakan anggota Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana Dephubdam Kodam Jaya. Metode yang digunakan merupakan penyampaian materi oleh narasumber yang sesuai dengan bidangnya dimana terdapat diskusi interaktif sebelum dan sesudah penyampain materi. Selain itu, terdapat evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan dalam pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peserta mengetahui bagaimana mengelola keuangan secara sederhana. Selain itu melalui pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang persentase ideal untuk utang, pengeluaran, tabungan, dan investasi yang dimiliki dalam keuangan keluarga.
This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management proxied by 5 independent variables, namely Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Cash Ratio (Csh R), Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), Account Receivable Turnover (ARTO), and Inventory Turnover (ITO) on the company's financial performance in terms of profitability and market value which is equipped with Firm Size control variables in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2013-2016 period. The research method used is panel data regression using Random Effects Model and Fixed Effects Model. The results showed that only Csh R and CCC had a significant positive effect on Financial Performance with ROA proxy either with or without Firm Size control variables. Different results when compared to Financial Performance in terms of Tobin's market value using control variables, only (ITO) which proved to have a significant positive effect but without control variables found that (ARTO) and (ITO) also had a significant positive effect and the rest had no effect on Financial Performance manufacturing companies in the 2013-2016 period.
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of liquidity on the capital structure of construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data was collected using secondary data and library research. The population used in this study comprised all construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013–2020. In determining the sample, this research applied the purposive sampling method. This study used a sample of 10 construction sub-sector companies and managed and analyzed a total of 80 observational data using E-views software. The results indicate that liquidity has no significant effect on capital structure as measured by LTDAR. However, liquidity had a significant negative effect on capital structure as measured using DAR, DER, STDAR, LTDER, and STDER. The results support the pecking order theory, which states that liquidity and capital structure have a negative relationship.
This study aims to find the effect of Emotional Intelligence with Work-Life Balance and Burnout on Job Satisfaction. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which refers to Isaac and Michael's table so that a population of 248 respondents was obtained. The object of research in this study is a teacher at a State Vocational School in DKI Jakarta. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a modified 4-point Likert scale. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a positive effect on job satisfaction, with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which was 8.795. Work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which is 3,533. Burnout has a negative effect on job satisfaction, with a t-statistical value > 1.96, which is 4.610. Emotional intelligence has a positive effect on work-life balance, with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which is 7.263. Emotional intelligence has a negative effect on Burnout, with a t-statistic value <1.96 which is 7358. Work-life balance mediates the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which is 4,021. Burnout mediates the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which is 2.859. There is an influence of 54.7% between the dependent variable, namely emotional intelligence (X), work-life balance (Z1) and Burnout (Z2) on the dependent variable in the form of Job Satisfaction (Y).
Pandemi Covid-19 berimbas ke segala bidang, termasuk Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Data menunjukkan hanya kurang dari 6% UMKM yang mengalami pertumbuhan positif selama masa pandemi ini. Agar dapat bertahan dan memenangkan persaingan, pelaku UMKM harus melakukan berbagai strategi, salah satunya adalah menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal usaha. Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Jakarta bekerja sama dengan Suku Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, dan Perdagangan Jakarta Timur mengadakan pelatihan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) sebagai usaha evaluasi diri usaha UMKM agar pelaku UMKM dapat mengenali kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman usahanya. Peserta pelatihan adalah pelaku UMKM binaan Suku Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, dan Perdagangan Jakarta Timur. Pelatihan dilakukan secara daring menggunakan aplikasi Zoom dengan memaparkan materi mengenai analisis SWOT berisi definisi analisis SWOT, tujuan dan manfaat pelaksanaan analisis, langkah-langkah pelaksanaan analisis, contoh penerapan analisis, serta sesi tanya jawab dengan peserta sekaligus konsultasi mengenai permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh usaha mereka. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, peserta diharapkan mampu mengidentifikasi SWOT usaha mereka dan melakukan tindakan korektif, antisipatif, dan konstruktif bagi usahanya.Kata Kunci: Analisis Internal, Analisis Eksternal, SWOT, UMKM.
