This study aims to determine the management process that includes planning, procurement, use, maintenance, control, and condition of physical education facilities and infrastructure in SLB throughout Malang City in 2018. Qualitative descriptive methods with research subjects: school principals, health teachers, and students with special needs. Data collection methods by interview, observation, and documentation. Then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the management of physical education facilities and infrastructure in SLB throughout Malang was quite good with the following results the suitability value is 76%. Then SDLB Sumber Darma has a process suitability value of 60%, SDLB BCG Idayu 64%, SDLB Putra Jaya 60% and SDLB River Kids 64%. The average suitability of the implementation process of the management of physical education infrastructure facilities in Malang City Elementary School SDLB is 64% in the quite good category.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas belajar gerak dasar renang gaya bebas pada peserta didik Tunagrahita SMPLB Dr. Idayu 1, dengan menggunakan latihan push up. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (class room action reseach) yang melalui beberapa tahapan/siklus. Peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan membuat rancangan tindakan berupa planning, action, observation and reflection. Sebelum action, terlebih dahulu dilakukan kegiatan survei untuk mengetahui keadaan yang nyata di lapangan. Analisis yang diperoleh terdapat peningkatan dari kondisi awal ke siklus I dan siklus II, ketuntasan belajar secara individu, sebelum dilakukan class room action reseach, ada 3 (42,85%) peserta didik yang tuntas belajar pada individu. Setelah dilakukan class room action reseach, peserta didik yang tuntas belajar terdapat 4 (57,14%) peserta didik pada siklus I, 5 (71,42%) peserta didik pada siklus II. Sebelum dilakukan class room action reseach ketuntasan belajar peserta didik secara klasikal yaitu (42,85%). Sesudah dilakukan class room action reseach, ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal peserta didik mengalami peningkatan 14,29% menjadi 57,14 pada siklus I, pada siklus II, ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal peserta didik mengalami peningkatan 14,28 menjadi 71,42%.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan variasi pembelajaran tenis meja mengunakan ejection machine yang disajikan dalam bentuk buku tenis meja untuk penunjang perkuliahan tenis meja pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi. Metode menggunakan pengembangan research and development dari Borg dan Gall yang dimodifikasi sampai tahap ke-7. Penelitian dilakukan di ruang tenis meja IKIP budi utomo malang. Validasi ahli menggunakan ahli pembelajaran dan ahli tenis meja. Subyek uji coba kelompok kecil 6 mahasiswa dan uji coba kelompok besar 40 mahasiswa yang dilaksanakan secara bertahap sesuai protokol kesehatan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh data sebagai berikut: hasil validasi ahli media pembelajaran untuk kelayakan produk diperoleh hasil 82,89% dengan kriteria baik dan hasil validasi ahli tenis meja untuk kelayakan produk diperoleh hasil 81,48% dengan kriteria baik. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh hasil 84,26% dengan kriteria baik dan hasil uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh hasil 86,81% dengan kriteria baik. Dengan demikian hasil rata-rata prosentase 83,86% dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan variasi pembelajaran tenis meja yang menggunakan ejection machine (mesin pelontar) yang berbentuk buku sudah layak digunakan dengan kriteria baik dan dapat digunakan dosen dan mahasiswa sebagai bahan penunjang untuk perkuliahan tenis meja maupun untuk pelatih tenis meja.
