Die photoinitiierte Polymerisation von Dimethacrylaten mit den Initiatorsystemen Campherchinon/Dimethyl‐p‐toluidin sowie Phenanthrenchinon/Dibenzoylperoxid führt zu Produkten, die noch relativ hohe Anteile nicht umgesetzter Doppelbindungen und Restmonomere enthalten. Der Restmonomergehalt beeinflußt die Eigenschaften der Polymere. Dieser Effekt und die möglichen thermischen Nachreaktionen werden mittels DSC und thermomechanischen Messungen nachgewiesen.
The possibility to interpret data obtained by thermoanalysis is increased considerably by combing thermoanalytical method with other chemical and physical ones. This is shown by testing polydimethacrylates and butadiene-ethene-copolymers.
