Oktol~er 1952) E s wird versucht, die Konfiguration der diastereomeren 1,3-~ipIienyl-3-amirio-1)'0~"nole-( 1) aufzukliiren. Hierbei wurde festgestellt, daB die CNH2-Zentren in der (-)a-und der ( 4-) P-Verbindung des 1,3-Diphenyl-3-aniino-propanols-(l) die gleiche Konfiguration besitzen, und daB die COH-Zentren in tier (-) a-Verbindung des Aminoalkohols eine 1und in der (+) /3-Verbindung eine d-Konfiguration haben. Auf Grund dieser Ergebnisse, sowie (lurch Analogieschliisse mit anderen konfigurativ bekannten Aminoalkoholen, wird angenommen, daI3 das ~-1,3-Diphenyl-3-a1nino-propanol-( 1) mesoidund das /3-1,3-Dipheiivl-3-arnino-propanol-(l) racemoidgebaut ist.Die Darstellung der diastereomeren 1,3-Diphenyl-3-amino-propanole-(l) (I) und ihrer optiscli aktiven Former1 ist vor kurzem von uns beschrieben worden'). Das feste Reaktionsprodukt wurde gepulvert, mit 12 ml absoluten Athanols aufgekocht, vom Ammoniumchlorid abfiltriert und zur Kristallisation in Eiswasser gestellt. Oktober 1952)Es wird die Herstellung von Azyl-Derivaten diastereomerer 1,3-Diphenyl-3-aminopropanole-( 1) beschrieben und gezeigt, daB der N-Azetylrest der P-Verbindung des Aminoalkohols in saurer Losung vom Stickstoff zum Sauerstoff und im alkalischen Medium vom Sauerstoff zum Stickstoff wandern kann, wiilirend bei der a-Verbindung des 1,3-Diphenyl-3-amino-propanols-( 1) keine Azylwanderung festgestellt werden konnte. Die Herstellung von Azyl-Derivaten des 1,3-l>iphenyl-3-ami1io-propanols-(l) mitEssigsaureanhydrid ist bereits von G. II. Colemann und D. C~a i q l ) versucht worden.Allerdings konnten keine kristallisierten Verbindungen erhalten werden, da mit einem Gemisch beider Diastereomeren (Schmp. 122-124") gearbeitet wurde. Das reine a-1,3-Diphenyl-3-amino-propanol-(l) zeigt namlich, wie wir feststellten"), einen Schmp. von 127", wahrend das reine /3-1,3-Diphenyl-3-amino-propilnol- ( 1) h i 122" schmilzt. U m die Konfiguration dieser Aminoalkohole, iiber die wir in Kiirze berichten werden, aufzuklaren, wurde von uns eine Reihe von Azyl-Derivaten hergestellt .
