A granular cell myoblastoma of the parapharyngeal space is presented. Although uncommon, this neoplasm of controversial origin must be considered in the differential diagnosis of all nonenhancing parapharyngeal space masses.
SUMMARYSterno‐costo‐clavicular hyperostosis (SCCH) is a condition of unknown aetiology in which a chronic inflammatory osteitis affects predominantly the medial clavicle, sternum and distal tibia and femur, sometimes associated with skin disease. We report on two patients with the typical bony lesions of SCCH and no associated skin disease.
