Granular Cell Myoblastoma of the Parapharyngeal Space

Abstract: A granular cell myoblastoma of the parapharyngeal space is presented. Although uncommon, this neoplasm of controversial origin must be considered in the differential diagnosis of all nonenhancing parapharyngeal space masses.
