Sterno‐costo‐clavicular Hyperostosis

Abstract: SUMMARYSterno‐costo‐clavicular hyperostosis (SCCH) is a condition of unknown aetiology in which a chronic inflammatory osteitis affects predominantly the medial clavicle, sternum and distal tibia and femur, sometimes associated with skin disease. We report on two patients with the typical bony lesions of SCCH and no associated skin disease.
