a b s t r a c tBackground: Nowadays multiple primary tumor is characterized by growth and development of two or more tumors in one patient. The total world sickness rate ranges from 1% to 37%. The presence of four or more tumors in one patient is rare case and presented as casuistry. Case presentation: We showed a case of multiple primary tumor with metahronic lesion of the thyroid, uterus and breast, followed by synchronous benign tumors of the subcutaneous fat, urinary bladder and gallbladder were considered. The development of all malignant tumors in all cases was accompanied by the presence of benign precancerous processes. Analysis of neoplasia histology shows the predominance of poorly differentiated forms of cancers in women with increased aggressiveness of cancerous tissue in each subsequent case and the growth of metastatic ability. The influence of heredity on the tumors progress is confirmed by immunohistochemical characteristics of cancer cells. Steroid-sensitive tissue of the uterus and breast in both cases didn't express ER and PR, in all cases the tissue had overexpression of Ki-67, p53, bax and bcl-2 receptors. The results of DNA testing for determination the Lynch syndrome revealed the presence of microsatellite instability in genetic material. The results of studies revealed the absence of mutations in these genes (MLH1, MSH2 and MSH6). Despite the negative results of the study, it doesn't exclude the possibility of Lynch syndrome for 100%, and its presence may be caused by the mutations of other genes (PMS1, PMS2 and MLH3), responsible for DNA repair. Unfortunately there wasn't any opportunity to study their mutations. Conclusions: While studying the anamnesis of life and disease of women it was revealed that she had multiple primary tumor with lesions of the breast, urinary bladder, thyroid, uterus and other organs. This study shows that neoplastic tissue in all cases had high rates of cell proliferation, their antiapoptotic stability, expression of prognostically unfavorable-receptors, and absence of favorable prognostic markers. Histological study revealed high rates of malignant neoplastic tissue. It indicates to the existence of common mechanisms of malignant tumors and their genetic predisposition that can be clearly observed in many generations of patient.
The aim: Developing integration training (educational) programs for medical and legal students, interns, masters, doctors Material and methods: When performing the work, on a set of search and analytical methods: analytical, bibliographic, systemic, informational, statistical; interdisciplinary interactive teaching methods for students of Sumy State University. Results: The results of the integrated training course are the formation of a new style of interdisciplinary relations between participants of the educational process and practical medicine and jurisprudence; new educational environment; classes with multi – and transdisciplinary experts-consultants; development of personal attitudes, future professional contacts, and practical skills. Conclusions: The introduction of new teaching methods using an interdisciplinary integrated approach increases the level of education quality (35.8% higher than the initial result) and conduct applied research in the field of public health, jurisprudence.
The article highlights the experience of the organization of career guidance in Ukrainian and foreign medical institutions of higher education. Today dictates new realities for campaigning for attracting applicants to the medical profession and the choice of further specialization by medical students. Globalization and informatization offer new opportunities for universities to advertise their educational services. Among the main innovative technologies of career guidance, we note the following artificial intelligence algorithms, creation of a new type of informational content involving new information technologies and communications, active maintenance of pages in social networks, media advertising, targeted advertising, direct communication with mentors and administrators. The COVID-19 pandemic has made its adjustments, increasing the share of Internet resources as a format for career guidance both externally (schools, colleges) and internally (university departments and hospitals where they take internships). The article provides a comparative analysis and dynamics of the number of students over the past three years in different universities of Ukraine and different specialties. The aim of the work is to analyze the effectiveness of career guidance, taking into account the involvement of innovative technologies and predicting promising clusters of agitation in the medical university and students' choice of a particular specialty in the health care system. Active maintenance of popular among young people pages of medical specialties (medicine, medical psychology, dentistry) contributes to improved communication at the levels: applicant-university, student-university, master (bachelor) - employer. Information technology makes it possible to promptly deliver to applicants for higher education relevant information on the provisions of the admission campaign, the organization of the educational process and traditions of the university, the peculiarities of further employment. Also, the intelligence demonstrates the difference in approaches to the organization of the agitation cluster in Ukrainian universities and foreign universities.
The digital hub for the medical university is the embodiment of a synergetic model of the educational system. It is an educational and me-thodical arsenal forms the content of the digital hubs. It is also an organiza-tional model that focuses on the use of information and communication technologies. The purpose of this scientific research is to examine two fun-damental elements of the digital hub in medical education: logistics and teaching. The methodology of comparative analysis that is used is closely re-lated to the synergetic principles of the modern scientific paradigm. This way we can see different levels of effectiveness of digital educational hubs in Ukraine and Europe in the training of future medical professionals. The reason is significantly higher rates of integrative factors in European educational hubs, compared to Ukrainian counterparts. Thus, filing hubs make up the in-formation and digital space of Ukrainian higher medical education. European counterparts have already integrated the potential of the digital hub not only in the educational space but also in the clinical environment.
