The paper presents a ball-rolling device, which is used for fínish machining cylindrical work pieces in magnetic field. The authors analyzed the effects of different work materials and the exciting continuous current to the magnetic induction with fínite element method-(FEM-). The change of the magnetic induction is illustrated by diagrams, and the calculated and measured data are compared in detail.
This paper presents a partial different rapid prototyping method, which contains alsó well-known technologies. First of all the program separates the 3D model with parallel planes, intő the possible maximum thickness layers. The generated model parts will be finish by numerical controlled bilaterally rapid milling of the source matériái. Then we have to fit together the parts to obtain the reál model. By this way produced body may be undercut-affected and may evén contain hollow-spaces. Every chuckable matériái, that is able to be processed on CNC-milling machines, is usable for the prototypes. The experiment was realized at Technical College of Kecskemét. A CPM 4030 típusú CNC marógépA CPM család legfejlettebb gépét (1.ábra) az ISEL Automation cég gyártja, Németországban.Elektronikus vezérlésű, léptető motoros, 3 lineáris tengelyű (4-re bővíthető), marásra és fúrásra alkalmas gép [2]. A szerkezet teljesen védett, platós házba van beépítve, nyitható ajtóval rendelkezik és átlátszó műanyag ablak biztosítja a forgácsolási folyamat megfigyelését.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
