Die Strukturen des Isoxazole und der isolierbaren spiroanellierten Intermediate lassen sich durch die spektroskopischen Untersuchungen sichern. Das Wachstum grampositiver und ‐negativer Keime wird durch einige Guanidinopropyl‐isoxazole signifikant gehemmt.
