5‐(3‐Aminopropyl)‐isoxazole: Synthese und antibakterielle Aktivität einiger Derivate

Abstract: Die Umwandlung der Pyrrolidinenaminone 1 in 5‐(3‐Aminopropyl)‐is‐oxazole 3 gelingt als Eintopfreaktion mit NH2OH in acetatgepufferter Lösung. Die Strukturen des Isoxazole und der isolierbaren spiroanellierten Intermediate lassen sich durch die spektroskopischen Untersuchungen sichern. Das Wachstum grampositiver und ‐negativer Keime wird durch einige Guanidinopropyl‐isoxazole signifikant gehemmt.
