The Basidiomycota constitutes a major phylum of the kingdom Fungi and is second in species numbers to the Ascomycota. The present work provides an overview of all validly published, currently used basidiomycete genera to date in a single document. An outline of all genera of Basidiomycota is provided, which includes 1928 currently used genera names, with 1263 synonyms, which are distributed in 241 families, 68 orders, 18 classes and four subphyla. We provide brief notes for each accepted genus including information on classification, number of accepted species, type species, life mode, habitat, distribution, and sequence information. Furthermore, three phylogenetic analyses with combined LSU, SSU, 5.8s, rpb1, rpb2, and ef1 datasets for the subphyla Agaricomycotina, Pucciniomycotina and Ustilaginomycotina are conducted, respectively. Divergence time estimates are provided to the family level with 632 species from 62 orders, 168 families and 605 genera. Our study indicates that the divergence times of the subphyla in Basidiomycota are 406–430 Mya, classes are 211–383 Mya, and orders are 99–323 Mya, which are largely consistent with previous studies. In this study, all phylogenetically supported families were dated, with the families of Agaricomycotina diverging from 27–178 Mya, Pucciniomycotina from 85–222 Mya, and Ustilaginomycotina from 79–177 Mya. Divergence times as additional criterion in ranking provide additional evidence to resolve taxonomic problems in the Basidiomycota taxonomic system, and also provide a better understanding of their phylogeny and evolution.
Notes on 113 fungal taxa are compiled in this paper, including 11 new genera, 89 new species, one new subspecies, three new combinations and xx reference specimens. A wide geographic and taxonomic range of fungal taxa are detailed. In the Ascomycota the new genera Angustospora (Testudinaceae), Camporesia (Xylariaceae), Clematidis, Crassiparies (Pleosporales genera incertae sedis), Farasanispora, Longiostiolum (Pleosporales genera incertae sedis), Multilocularia (Parabambusicolaceae), Neophaeocryptopus (Dothideaceae), Parameliola (Pleosporales genera incertae sedis), and Towyspora (Lentitheciaceae) are introduced. Newly introduced species are Angustospora nilensis, Aniptodera

Crude palm oil (CPO) was extracted from fresh fruit bunches of RYL7 oil palm cultivated in Hainan by using a self-made single stage screw press. The physicochemical characteristics and Fatty acid composition of the CPO was investigated. The experimental results included melting point (33.10 °C), density (0.91 g/cm3 at 20 °C), acid value (8.35 mg KOH/g), iodine value (62.72 mg iodine/g), saponifiable value (198.02 mg KOH/g), moisture and volatile matter (0.16% of total lipids), insoluble impurities (0.04% of total lipids), unsaponifiable matter (0.40% of total lipids). Oleic acid (40.90% of total fatty acids), palmitic acid (37.88% of total fatty acids), linoleic (14.29% of total fatty acids), followed by stearic acid (5.11% of total fatty acids) were found to be the predominant fatty acids in the oil. The unsaturated oleic acid was the most predominant fatty acid in CPO of Hainan while saturated palmitic acid was the most principal fatty acid in palm oil from Malaysia. The contents of linolenic, unsaturated fatty acids, and polyunsaturated fatty acids in this CPO were 4.09%, 5.09%, 4.09% higher than that of Malaysia, respectively. In addition, the percentages of palmitic acid and saturated fatty acids of this oil were 5.62%, 6.01% lower than that of Malaysia, respectively.
Word sense disambiguation (WSD) is a critical and difficult issue in natural language processing(NLP), as well as WSD is great significance in large area of research areas of NLP. This paper presents a method of multi-word sense disambiguation strategy. The method combines the method based on match word corpus and the method based on the similarity and relevance very well. While the calculation of similarity and relevance are make full use of the sememe-tree information from HowNet. The experiments show that the proposed WSD method can obtain better results.
There are many conflicting viewpoints for friction force of MR damper. Readers may be lost in facing these conflicting viewpoints. In this study, a novel model of friction force of MR damper is proposed. This model tries to reveal the essence and help readers have a better understanding of friction force of MR damper. The model indicates that the friction force only relates to the current applied to the piston coil. The friction force will increase along with current applied to the piston coil. Friction force tests for a MR damper featuring bypass holes in piston were made on a MTS852 system. The model was improved to be correct by the experiment. Friction forces by calculation with the model and by experiment are in good agreement. It is believed that sliding friction and MR phenomenon contribute to the friction force.
Topology design optimization method of rib layout in box structure is studied by utilizing the structural topology design optimization approach. The box structure is simplified to a hollow box with some parallel bars, two ends of which are connected with the outer loaded panel and the supported panel. The outer loaded panel is set to be the optimal design area, and the density method is applied to solve the topology optimization problem. The optimal material layout of the outer loaded panel decides the existence of the inside bars, and the existed bars form the rib plates. The validity of the suggested method is verified by some typical design problems. The results show that the obtained box structures have much better mechanical and economical performances by comparing with traditional structures, and because the 3-dimentional design problem is changed to a 2-dimentional problem reasonably, the suggested method is effective and has low computational cost.
