L’utilisation des médias sociaux se développe dans toutes les formes organisationnelles. Leur mobilisation récente dans le secteur du non-marchand questionne la nature des relations entretenues avec les utilisateurs. Les fédérations sportives, structures atypiques du secteur associatif, utilisent ces plateformes pour toucher des publics captifs différents des clubs sportifs. Cet article a pour objet de répondre à la question des déterminants de la confiance entre une fédération sportive et les utilisateurs de sa page Facebook. Sur la base d’une étude quantitative effectuée auprès d’un échantillon de licenciés sportifs, les principaux résultats soulignent notamment l’importance de la crédibilité dans la relation de confiance.
Le Val de Loire s’inscrit dans une stratégie de développement touristique accéléré depuis l’inscription en 2000 au patrimoine mondial qui justifie les efforts de visibilité des sites à destination des visiteurs. Référence notable sur un territoire jalonné par un grand nombre de sites de notoriété et d’intérêt concurrents, le Domaine national de Chambord éprouve moins le besoin d’obtenir des labels du patrimoine que d’être actif sur les réseaux sociaux numériques pour valoriser son excellence, fidéliser ses publics. Cet arbitrage au profit des réseaux et aux dépens de l’expertise des labels est-il l’avenir de la communication ou bien le privilège des plus grands sites ? Le rappel du développement historique de la labellisation dans les domaines du patrimoine souligne le caractère peu adapté des labels aux grands sites tels que Chambord. De plus, une étude qualitative sur les publics du Domaine national a vérifié l’impact limité des labels, marques, et autres signes distinctifs auprès des publics. En revanche, la stratégie numérique alternative impulsée à Chambord sur Facebook permet, sur la base d’une étude qualitative (netnographie) et quantitative, d’établir une nouvelle relation basée sur la confiance entre les utilisateurs et le site touristique, à même de renforcer son attractivité.
Cet article a pour objet de s'interroger sur la nature des objectifs stratégiques d'un établissement public de coopération intercommunale et leur traduction en termes de communication. Il s'agira entre autres de préciser la place et le rôle de la participation des citoyens au niveau des actions de communication intercommunale. Pour illustrer le propos, une étude fondée sur des entretiens a été effectuée au sein de la CANCA (Communauté d'Agglomération de Nice Côte d'Azur). Les entretiens semi-directifs ont été effectués auprès du responsable « service collecte et gestion des déchets ménagers », du responsable « ambassadeur du tri » et du directeur de la communication.
Cet article s’interroge sur la nature de l’information transmise sur le site Internet des collectivités territoriales françaises sur la politique de tri sélectif et leur traduction en termes de communication. Il s’agira entre autres de préciser le rôle du site Internet municipal dans la relation aux usagers en s’appuyant sur des travaux consacrés aux différentes approches théoriques de l’administration électronique. Pour illustrer le propos, une étude fondée sur des entretiens a été effectuée au sein des services de communication de quelques collectivités françaises de plus de 50 000 habitants.
