RESUMO:O objetivo deste estudo é analisar o empreendedorismo internacional (EI) em empresas participantes de um cluster internacionalizado. A abordagem de pesquisa é caracterizada como qualitativa, operacionalizada por meio de um estudo de caso múltiplo, exploratório e descritivo. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas. A amostra é composta por quatro empresas de pequeno e médio porte (PMEs) do setor metal mecânico, participantes de um cluster. A análise dos dados foi realizada a partir das dimensões do EI propostas no framework teórico de Leite e Moraes (2014), adaptado a realidade de empresas brasileiras. Os resultados apontam que, o EI é evidenciado com maior intensidade nas dimensões: oportunidades internacionais, redes de relacionamento, capacidade de inovar e desenvolvimento de recursos em empresas participantes do cluster.Palavras-chave: Empreendedorismo Internacional. RESUMO:A internacionalização tem configurado-se como uma estratégia empresarial para as pequenas e médias empresas (PMEs) na busca de uma maior competitividade organizacional. Pretende-se neste estudo compreender as estratégias, adotadas pelas pequenas e médias empresas para a internacionalização. As PMEs possuem uma notável relevância no contexto econômico e social de SC, sendo responsáveis por 60% do PIB do estado. Buscando compreender este universo realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, pautada no estudo de casos múltiplos, em que a coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de entrevista semiestruturada e os dados foram analisados a partir da técnica de análise do conteúdo. A amostra foi composta por três empresas caracterizadas como pequenas e médias, participantes do Programa Exporta/SC, projeto realizado por intermédio do Sebrae. Os resultados da pesquisa reforçam o debate de fatores tangíveis e intangíveis que definem o processo de decisão da internacionalização das PME´s do Oeste de SC. Grande parte dos estudos empíricos sobre internacionalização tem sido abordado o fenômeno da em ambientes de países desenvolvidos, no entanto observa-se um crescente interesse na investigação deste fenômeno em países menos desenvolvidos, mas os estudos ainda são limitados. Esta pesquisa pretende preencher esta lacuna, primeiramente por concentrar-se na internacionalização de casos de empresas de um país em desenvolvimento, segundo porque fornece-se indícios empíricos sobre as estratégias utilizadas para buscar a internacionalização. Purpose: This research analyzes the influence of interorganizational learning (IOL) on the absorptive (Acap), potential (Pacap) and realized (Racap) capacities on the environment of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Originality/value: The study contributed to the understanding and expansion of IOL research operationalized through the elements of Acap. The understanding of these elements are fundamental for the development of competencies of SMEs from Brazil and/or emerging countries embedded on dynamic sectors and high technology mobility to adapt and develop new dynamic capabilities. Design/methodology/approach: The research was conducted by a survey with a sample of 215 organizations of the information technology and communication (ITC) sector in the State of Santa Catarina, Brazil. The data were analyzed using the structural equation modeling technique. Findings: The results showed that the relationships of IOL influence the development of new capabilities and have a strong influence over absorptive capacity development. The organizations ability to acquire, assimilate, apply and internalize the available knowledge in the sector through interorganizational relations was fundamental for their adaptation and survival.

The objective of this study was to analyze the international entrepreneurial orientation (IEO) of wine companies that participated in the Wines of Brazil project. This is an exploratory and descriptive study with a qualitative methodology. The design is a multiple-case study of 10 wineries affiliated with the Wines of Brazil project. Data were collected through the analysis of documents and fieldwork collected via semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed using content analysis conducted with the aid of Atlas.ti software. The results revealed that the dimensions of IEO were present, and certain elements stood out: those of categories from the dimensions International Innovativeness and International Proactiveness. Certain disparities were observed in the International Risk-taking dimension, since some elements were present with greater frequency than others. The findings of this study suggest that new elements should be added to the analytical categories: global products, participation in clusters and industrywide projects. These elements allow financial risk to be attenuated and allow marketing to achieve internationalization.

Este estudo objetivou avaliar o impacto da orientação para aprendizagem sobre a inovatividade organizacional em meios de hospedagem de Santa Catarina. A pesquisa de caráter descritiva e quantitativa, foi operacionalizada por meio de uma survey, com uma amostra de 162 respondentes. Para análise dos dados utilizou-se a técnica de modelagem de equações estruturais. Os resultados evidenciam relação positiva entre a orientação para a aprendizagem e a inovatividade no ambiente de prestação de serviços de hospedagens, tais achados corroboram com a teoria e solidificam o contexto de que a aprendizagem se torna fundamental para que as organizações sejam capazes de inovar.
