Efeito do núcleo homeopático homeopatila 100® na eficiência produtiva em alevinos revertidos de tilápia do nilo (Oreochromis niloticus)Effect of core homeopathic homeopatila 100® in productive efficiency of fingerlings reverted from nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) ResumoFoi pesquisado o efeito do Núcleo Homeopático Homeopatila 100® na integridade histológica branquial, na sobrevivência, peso, comprimento final, conversão alimentar aparente e índice hepatossomático em alevinos de tilápia do Nilo (Oreochromis niloticus). Foi utilizado um tratamento controle (T1) com 20mL de solução hidroalcólica (álcool 30° GL) a cada kg de ração e três tratamentos com 20mL/kg (T2), 40mL/kg (T3) e 60mL/kg (T4) do Núcleo Homeopático Homeopatila 100®, em alevinos machos revertidos, com peso e comprimento médio inicial de 1,05 ± 0,32g e 4,15 ± 0,42cm respectivamente. Foi distribuído um total de 832 alevinos em 16 caixas d´agua com capacidade individual de 2000 litros, contendo 1000 litros cada uma, onde permaneceram durante 61 dias. No final do experimento, não foi observada diferença estatística entre os diferentes tratamentos nas alterações histológicas examinadas nas brânquias: elevação epitelial, hiperplasia, telangectasia e fusão lamelar. Os alevinos que receberam 40mL/kg de ração de Homeopatila 100® (T3) apresentaram maior sobrevivência e índice hepatossomático menor do que os alevinos do grupo controle (T1). Palavras-chave: Aqüicultura, histologia, homeopatia populacional, piscicultura AbstractIt was researched the effect of Core Homeopathic Homeopatila 100® on the integrity branchial histological, weight, final length, survival, feed conversion and apparent index hepatossomátic in fingerlings from Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). We used in the control treatment (T1) with 20mL/ kg water-alcohol solution (alcohol 30 GL) and three treatments with 20mL/kg (T2), 40mL/kg (T3) e 60mL/kg (T4) of core homeopathic Homeopatila 100® in fingerlings male reversed, with initial weight and initial length the 1,05 ± 0,32g and 4,15 ± 0,42cm respectively. It was distributed a total of 832 fingerlings in 16 polyethylene water tanks with individual capacity of 2000 liters, contends 1000 liters each one, where they ha remained during 61 days. At the end of experiment, was not observed statistic difference between the different treatments in histological changes examined in gills: epithelial lifting, hyperplasia, telangectasy and lamellar fusion. The fingerlings which received 40mL/kg of Homeopatila 100® (T3) showed a higher rate of survival and also lower rate than the other hepatossomátic the fingerlings in control group (T1).

The addition of Homeopatila 100(®) at a concentration 40 mL per kg/meal to the diet of juvenile Nile tilapias resulted in improved hepatocytes and intracellular glycogen levels as well as the lowest mean rate of branchial histological changes with an increase in acidic mucin-producing cells compared to neutral mucin-producing cells, compared to control.

The homeopathic product Homeopatila 100 ® in the diet of Nile tilapia reduces stress during production and improves the well-being of fish. The objective of this study was to develop nuggets of tilapia fed with Homeopatila 100 ® and to assess their quality. Physical, chemical, microbiological and sensory analyses were performed on three formulations with 25, 50 and 75% mechanically separated meat (MSM) for each of the treatments. The nuggets with 75% MSM revealed a higher pH (5.89 ± 0.02), the tissue was softer (1.29 N ± 0.04), and they had a higher lipid value (15.96% ± 0.05). With 50 and 75%, the color (L * ) was darker (60.76% ± 0.91 and 60.03% ± 0.78), and there were lower protein amounts (15.54% ± 0.31 and 13.55% ± 0.35). Nuggets had an acceptable value of lipid oxidation (0.672 ± 0.007 mg MDA/kg). The microbiological analyses demonstrated that the product met the requirements of legislation. Nuggets with 25 and 50% MSM were deemed acceptable. There was no difference (p > 0.05) between the control treatment group and the Homeopatila 100 ® group for the analysis undertaken. The results indicated that the use of Homeopatila 100 ® in the diet of the Nile tilapia did not change the physical, chemical, microbiological and sensorial quality characteristics of the nuggets, ensuring consumer acceptability.

Nile tilapia juveniles that received the HomeoAqua Mega-3(®) in their diets had a decrease in the TL rates, mainly for the SFAs, and the n-6/n-3 ratio, compared with the control group, without any changes in the animal performance during the experimental period.

The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the genetic diversity within three Tambaqui broodstocks (Colossoma macropomum). Eight primers were used to analyze 67 individuals collected from three fish farming in the municipalities: Porto Real do Colégio -Alagoas (PRC), Araujo 1 -Sergipe (AR1) and Araujo 2 -Sergipe (AR2), in Brazil. Differences in the frequencies of 88 fragments and four exclusive fragments in PRC were found. High polymorphism values (from 54.38% to 64.38%) and Shannon´s index (from 0.33 to 0.37) were observed. The AMOVA showed that high variation is within each broodstock. The identity and the genetic distance among the groups ranged from 0.845 to 0.975 and from 0.025 to 0.156 respectively, and the shortest distance was found in the groups PRC x AR1 and PRC x AR2. The genetic differentiation ranged from lower to higher (F st = 0.03 and 0.178) as well as the migratory number per generation (Nm = 5.07 to 12.8). In general, the broodstocks had high intrapopulation variability, and high differentiation and genetic distance within themselves. Araujo 2 -Sergipe (AR2), Brasil.
