1Die Synthese von P.P'-disubstituierten Divinylathern und Divinylthioathern durch Wittig-Reaktion wird beschrieben. Die entstehenden cis.truns-Isomeren werden getrennt und durch ihre IRund NMR-Spektren charakterisiert. Die arylsubstituierten Divinylather sind bestandige Verbindungen und werden selbst durch Kochen rnit starken Sauren nicht oder nur langsam gespalten.Offenkettige Divinylather mit aromatischen Resten in @.@'-Stellung sind bisher nicht bekannt und diirften rnit den Verfahren zur Synthese aliphatischer Divinylatherz. B. durch Abspaltung von Halogenwasserstoff aus C(.C('-oder ~.~'-Dichlor-athern3)auch nicht ohne weiteres ZLI gewinnen sein. Wir haben daher rnit der vorstehend4) beschriebenen Wittig-Reaktion aus Dimetliylather-cc.a'-bis-triphenylphosphoniumbromid (1) einige solcher Divinylather dargestellt und ihre Eigenschaften untersucht. 1) H . Darstellung und Eigenschaften des Dimethylather-a.a'-bis-triphenylphosphoniumbromids und dessen Kondensation zu Derivaten des Oxepins und Furans werden beschrieben.Wahrend die Synthese einfacher Vinyllther durch Wittig-Reaktion aus a-Alkoxy-triphenylphosphoranen rnit Carbonylverbindungen3) seit langerem bekannt ist, wurden Divinylather rnit je einer Doppelbindung beiderseits des Sauerstoffatoms auf diesem Wege noch nicht dargestellt. In dieser Mitteilung beschreiben wir die Darstellung und Eigenschaften von Di-methyl2ther-a.a'-bis-triphenylphosphoniumbromid (3) und dessen Umsetzungen mit Dicarbonylverbindungen zu Derivaten des Oxepins und des Furans.
n‐Butylazid setzt sich mit Carbeniumionen unter Abspaltung von Stickstoff um; die gebildeten Nitreniumionen reagieren vorzugsweise unter Eliminierung zu Schiffschen Basen, Wobei die Saytzew‐Regel befolgt wird. In geringerem Ausmaß findet auch eine Umlagerung statt. Mit Triphenylmethyl‐perchlorat kommt es zu unübersichtlichen Reaktionen unter Bildung von Triphenylmethan und von n‐Butylamin.
Diese Umsetzungen, die bislang nicht unter Stickstoff durchgefiihrt wurden, lassen sich so erklaren, daO aus I unter Verlust von Stickstoff und Schwefeldioxyd Dehydrobenzol (11) entsteht, das dann in bekannter Weise zu den Produkten weiterreagiert.Die Reaktionen von I werden weiter untersucht, insbes. im Hinblick auf sein Verhalten ini Gaszustand. Die Diinnschichtchromatographie') laBt sich nicht ohne weiteres auf Nucleinsaure-Derivate ubertragen. Da diese stabile Ca-Komplexe bilden, ist vermutlich der in den Schichten enthaltenc Gips dafur verantwortlich. Wir haben deshalb gips-freie Kieselgel-Schichten hergestellt, an denen sich auch Nucleosidpolyphosphatc chromatographieren lassen. Als Bindemittel hat sich Kollodium bewihrt2 j. Methanol-Ammoniak-Wasser-Gemische sind als Laufmittel brauchbar. Besonders gute Nucleotidtrennunqen konnten wir an Schichten aus Ecteola-Cellulose3), cinem schwach basischen Anionenaustauscher, erzielen (Bindemittel: Kollodium j. Tabelle 1 zcigt RF-Werte einiger Adenin-Nucleotide (Kapazitat des Austauschers 0,41 mAq N / g ; Elutionsmittel 0,15 m NaC1, aufsteigend). Fur 10 cm Laufstrecke, die zur Trennung im allgem. ausreicht, werden nur etwa 15 min benotigt. Die chromatographierten Verbindungen lassen sich rnit einer UV-Lampe nachweisen. Da die Ecteola-Schicht wrsentlich schwacher UV-Licht absorbiert als die Kieselgel-G-Schicht, liegt die Erfassungsgrenze sehr niedrig, fur Adenin-Verbindungen bei ctwa Mikromol.Substanz
