Human resource management (HRM) is one of the elements enabling an organization to remain competitive in turbulence conditions. The effective practice of HRM makes competent and innovative employees contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. This study aims to analyze HRM practices in creating innovation and organizational performance. The questionnaire was used to measure the respondents’ perceptions of variables used by a Likert scale. A survey of 126 manager samples and middle managers at export-oriented short and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Bali, Indonesia, was conducted to test the model. The analysis has shown that the proposed model was proven to be compliant with the research hypotheses. HRM significantly affects organizational performance and innovation, and it was found out that innovation can improve organizational performance. However, in the process of simultaneous testing, it was found out that innovation cannot improve organizational performance. The lack of attention to investments in human resources became one of the barriers to SMEs in creating innovation.
Transportasi telah menjadi bagian penting bagi kehidupan masyarakat saat ini. Salah satu produsen sepeda motor yang memiliki brand image yang kuat adalah Yamaha. Yamaha Lexi merupakan produk baru yang sering mendapat review dari masyarakat baik di media sosial maupun internet, review tersebut tentunya dapat mempengaruhi niat beli konsumen yang akan membeli sepeda motor Yamaha Lexi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan hubungan electronic word of mouth dengan brand image, electronic word of mouth dengan niat beli, brand image dengan niat beli, serta peran brand image dalam memediasi hubungan electronic word of mouth dengan niat beli. Ukuran sampel yang diambil sebanyak 108 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) serta uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa variabel electronic word of mouth danbrand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli, selain itu brand image secara signifikan memediasi hubungan electronic word of mouth dengan niat beli. The increase in e-commerce users is an opportunity for the marketplace to enter Indonesia. The number of marketplaces makes consumers more selective in shopping. To continue to compete, the marketplace cannot focus on getting new buyers, but must also create loyalty for existing customers. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of perceived risk and perceived value on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on 108 respondents, data was collected using google forms. This study was measured using 18 indicators and the analytical tool used was PLS (Partial Least Square). The results show that all hypotheses were accepted. Perceived risk has a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction plays a significant role in mediating the influence between perceived risk and perceived value on customer loyalty. The implementation of this study shows that in creating customer loyalty, Bukalapak's management is expected to be able to optimize the risk and value perceived by consumers, as well as customer satisfaction which can also increase customer loyalty.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attitudes towards the purchase intention of League shoes products in Denpasar City. The population of this study is the people who have the desire to buy League brand shoes products in Denpasar City. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling which was based on the criteria that respondents had the desire to buy League brand shoes products that already had monthly income and were domiciled in Denpasar City. The sample size in this study uses indicator parameters, so that the number of samples obtained is 140 respondents. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that subjective attitudes and norms have a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of League shoes products in the city of Denpasar. This means that the more positive the consumer attitude towards League shoes products and the better the subjective norms on these products, the higher consumer purchase intention in League shoes products in Denpasar City. Keputusan pembelian merupakan proses dimana konsumen melakukan penilaian terhadap berbagai alternatif pilihan dan memilih salah satu atau lebih alternatif yang diperlukan berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh atmosfer toko dan kesesuaian harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada temday store Denpasar. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 90 responden, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa atmosfer toko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kesesuaian harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada Temday Store Denpasar, disarankan dengan menambah fasilitas pembayaran sehingga mempermudah konsumen melakukan transaksi pembayaran dan mempertahankan kebersihan ruangan agar konsumen merasa nyaman serta menawarkan harga yang sesuai dan terjangkau pada suatu produk sehingga dapat mendorong konsumen melakukan keputusan pembelian.
