Os Motores de Indução Trifásicos (MIT’s) estão presentes em quase todas as atividades que envolvem a manipulação de cargas em ambientes industriais. Assim, o estudo do funcionamento destes dispositivos é fundamental para diversos cursos de graduação, como o curso de engenharia elétrica e o de controle e automação, por exemplo. Trata-se de um tema que exige, além de uma formação embasada em conceitos teóricos, experiência prática com montagens de circuitos de comando e circuitos de força para execução do acionamento e controle dos motores. Assim, são necessários laboratórios equipados para promover um aprendizado adequado que aproxime o discente da realidade que será encontrada no mercado de trabalho. As bancadas didáticas comercializadas não reproduzem situações encontradas nos ambientes industriais e possuem um custo elevado, impossibilitando a aquisição de bancadas em número adequado, comprometendo assim a formação discente. Este trabalho apresenta um projeto de bancada de custo reduzido com o propósito de aproximar as aulas laboratoriais das condições encontradas nas situações reais. O projeto desenvolvido é comparado com o de outras bancadas comercializadas, apresentando-se como uma excelente alternativa, tanto no que se refere ao número e variedade de componentes, quanto no que diz respeito ao custo total do equipamento.
A oferta de cursos de formação profissional e técnica aumentou muito nas últimas décadas, no entanto, o mercado de trabalho ainda relata escassez de mão de obra qualificada, especialmente no que diz respeito ao conteúdo prático. Normalmente, os egressos possuem ampla formação teórica, mas apresentam insegurança e limitações em montagens e execuções práticas. Observando-se a realidade dos laboratórios das Instituições de Ensino, percebe-se que estes problemas podem estar associados a diversos fatores, destacando-se: (i) a forma como as bancadas são construídas, com a disposição dos equipamentos muito distante do que é encontrado nos ambientes industriais e (ii) a quantidade de bancadas insuficiente, levando a realização das práticas com um número grande de alunos por bancada. Neste contexto, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo a construção de uma bancada didática para o ensino dos conhecimentos práticos em situação semelhante às encontradas nas indústrias. Além disso, o custo para construção da bancada será levado em consideração, buscando-se um equipamento completo, mas com custo reduzido. Esta estratégia pode permitir que laboratórios sejam equipados mais facilmente, especialmente em campi novos, sem estrutura laboratorial e com recursos financeiros limitados. Como resultado é apresentada uma comparação dos itens e dos custos do equipamento desenvolvido com bancadas existentes no mercado, observando-se diferença considerável de preço.
O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar o desenvolvimento de sistema de controle e supervisão para monitoramento dos níveis de correntes e tensões de um motor elétrico de indução, a fim de identificar possíveis distúrbios indesejáveis na rede em regime permanente. Para aquisição dos valores de corrente, é utilizado um sensor TC que coleta os dados e envia para um microcontrolador que em associação com software de supervisório realiza o acompanhamento dos dados recebidos. Este artigo apresenta os detalhes de projeto do dispositivo bem como alguns resultados de funcionamento da interface de monitoramento. Ademais, são discutidos aspectos vantajosos do protótipo bem como suas limitações.
