Исследованы электродинамические характеристики твердого раствора Pb(Fe0.95Sc0.05)2/3W1/3O3, представителя структурного семейства перовскитов A(B'B'')O3, методом широкополосной диэлектрической спектроскопии в диапазоне волновых чисел (4·10-9-4·103) cm-1 в интервале температур 100-600 K. В рамках четырехпараметрической факторизованной модели дисперсии определено влияние низкочастотных релаксаций на колебательный спектр. Обнаружены аномалии в поведении функции диэлектрического отклика в области размытого по температуре максимума диэлектрической проницаемости. Modern sub-Terahertz (subTHz) spectrometers, based on COherent sources of radiation, the backward-wave oscillatws (BWOs), are described which cover the frequencies v = 1 cm8 -48 cm? (30 -1450 GHz) and allow for measurements at temperahms 2 -loo0 K, also in magnetic fields. They allow for direct determination of spectra of any optical parameter of a material at millimeter-submillimeter wavelengths, the domain where infrared or microwave spectrnmeters encounter serious methodological difficulties. We repon on new technical abilities of the quasioptical BWO-spectrometers and discuss their main components.
