Objetivo: Analisar na literatura existente o impacto da COVID-19 nos adolescentes e seus familiares. Métodos: Revisão integrativa, com buscas realizadas nas bases de dados PubMed, Medline e LILACS, realizando o cruzamento dos descritores “COVID-19”, “Adolescente”, “Família” com o operador booleano “AND”. Foi utilizada a estratégia PRISMA para incluir os artigos publicados entre 2020 e 2022, com texto completo disponível, em inglês, português e espanhol e que contemplassem a temática, chegando a uma amostra final de 18 artigos. Resultados: Foram identificados estudos de diversos continentes, abordando diversas fases da pandemia, possibilitando uma ampla comparação entre as diferentes realidades mundiais dos adolescentes e suas famílias no decorrer da pandemia da COVID-19. Dentre os principais achados, está o interesse inicial com os grupos de risco e maior índice de mortalidade. No entanto, posteriormente houve um aumento nos casos da COVID-19 e gravidade entre os jovens. Considerações finais: A pandemia da COVID-19 tem enorme impacto na vida dos adolescentes e suas famílias, afetando não só a saúde física, como também a saúde mental, as condições socioeconômicas e afetivas. Apesar dos achados abrangentes, eles convergem na necessidade de pesquisar mais, ampliar os cenários e enfoques.

O Modelo Calgary de Avaliação da Família é uma estrutura multidimensional que consiste em três categorias principais: estrutural, de desenvolvimento e funcional. O foco da avaliação familiar concentra-se na interação entre todos os membros da família. As trabalhadoras sexuais idosas experimentam em seus domicílios situações difíceis no convívio diário com filhos, noras, ex-noras, e netos adultos que vivenciam a instabilidade do mercado de trabalho. Trata-se de um relato de experiência, com abordagem qualitativa, do qual participaram seis trabalhadoras sexuais idosas, mulheres com faixa etária entre 60 e 70 anos. Essa Roda de Conversa proporcionou uma experiência, onde possibilitou as autoras a compreender as vivências dos relatos relacionado às realidades de cada trabalhadora sexual idosa protagonista da sua vida e suas famílias, como as crises, conflitos, dores, desde a alegria que é o processo de envelhecer. O trabalho neste contexto torna-se uma distração e até mesmo uma fuga de uma realidade de dificuldades de várias ordens, constituindo-se em uma forma bastante peculiar de passar o tempo.
