Objective: Education is one of the basic needs of humans. The current educational challenge is to produce individuals who can compete in the 21st century. We can access various information freely via the internet, and there is no guarantee that the news we see is true. To use this information properly, individuals must evaluate data and information sources. Method: The type of research used is qualitative research. The population in this study is all ESTE FoE Unesa students, and the sample used is the 2018-2020 class. The sample used was class 2019, D, and F, totaling 84 students. The data collection method used in this study is the test. The instrument used in this study was a critical thinking skills test. Data analysis was carried out in percentage terms. Results: The results showed that the critical thinking skills of Elementary School Teacher Education Faculty of Education Unesa students were in a low category. The results of this study are expected to be used by lecturers or researchers to design and develop learning activities that can facilitate students to practice critical thinking skills. Novelty: Lecturers can design the implementation of learning in the classroom that trains critical thinking skills to become more qualified, effective, and efficient.
Football is a high-intensity game of long duration, so in addition to technical, tactical, strategic and mental factors, there is one more determining factor, namely muscle fatigue, this factor which is often forgotten by coaches and players. The cause of player fatigue is due to heavy training or a tight competition schedule, there is a metabolic waste in the blood called lactic acid, this buildup of lactic acid causes fatigue but actually some of the lactic acid can be converted back into energy. The research objective to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of exercise massage and muscle stretching in reducing lactic acid levels in the blood after a 45-minute round 1 soccer match. The type of research used is the type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study, namely the population in this study were all football players in one team, namely 22 players from the Surabaya partner club. The data collection method used in this study is the measurement of blood lactic acid levels. The instrument used in this study was a blood lactic acid test using a blood lactic acid level measuring device. The data obtained will be analyzed using inferential statistics, namely the independent T test. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the provision of sports massage and muscle stretching can reduce levels of lactic acid in the blood after the first half of the soccer match for 45 minutes. Based on the findings of the research on the first and second treatments, some suggestions are given, including; (1) for soccer players after training or matches, it is better to give sports massages and muscle stretching to maintain stamina in the next round, so that they can be maximized in training and matches; and (2) players who will be doing training or matches should stretch or warm up before being deployed to the field to avoid injury.
The results of the literature study show that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Creative Problem Solving (CPS) models are proven to be able to improve students' creative thinking skills, but also have weaknesses that need to be improved. To complement the weaknesses of the application of the PBL Model and the CPS Model, it is necessary to develop an Innovative Learning Model that can improve students' creative abilities. The CASL (Creative Attitude In Science Learning) model is a learning model that integrates the CPS model with the PBL model in learning activities. The development of the CASL model is supported by the latest learning theories and the empirical foundation of the latest research. The CASL model has five phases, namely: (1) Generating positive attitudes as creative individuals, (2) Organizing creative learning, (3) Guiding creative investigations, (4) Forming positive attitudes in demonstrating scientific creativity, and (5) Attitude evaluation positive and scientific creativity.
New normal is a change in behavior to continue in carrying out normal activities with always implementing the health protocols to prevent Covid-19 transmission. Bina Keluarga Mandiri (Independent Family Development) is a form of activity carried out to increase the knowledge, abilities and preparedness of all family members in implementing health protocols in the era of new normal. Family is expected to be role models for their children in implementing the health protocols. The subjects in this study were Grade 1 students at SDN 1 Sumbawa Besar. This study aims to determine the effect ofBina KeluargaMandiri on the students' attitudes and independence. This research used quasi experimental research. The research design used to determine the effect of knowledge and attitudes was the one group pretest-posttest. Thus, the results showed that: 1) for the knowledge variable, the sig 2-tailed value of 0.000 <0.005 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This indicates that there is a significant influence of BKM on knowledge; 2) for the knowledge variable, the sig 2-tailed value of 0.002 < 0.005 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This indicates that there is a significant influence of BKM on attitudes.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
