Zipf/Mandelbrot Law and probability theory applied to the characterization of adverse reactions to medications among elderly peopleAbstract Introduction. Zipf/Mandelbrot Law establishes a fractal auto-organization of phenomena such as language, the B and T immune repertoire and the fetal cardiac behavior, among other possible applications.Objective. The application of the probability theory has allowed the prediction of the cardiac behavior, epidemics and the union of peptides in molecular biology. Materials and methods. The adverse reactions rate to medications (ARM) and problems
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
