Abstract-Strategic planning in several educational organizations often do not become a serious concern the education managers. Strategic planning is only made as of administrative requirements without used as guidance in implementing educational organizations. The organization is only driven by intuition and experience of leadership. Moreover, in manufacturing, the strategic plan has not been drawn up based on a thorough analysis of the organization. The achievement of organizational goals effectively and efficiently can only be done in the presence of a solid strategic planning. In the preparation of the strategic plan can be made by taking into account the internal and external environment organization, strategy formulation, strategy implementation and evaluation of strategies. Optimizing the role of a strategic plan can be done by increasing the commitment of members of the organization and the proper use of transformational leadership.
Pada dasarnya sistem informasi umum seperti perpustakaan seharusnya terlihat menarik seperti pada aspek tempat, lingkungan, koleksi dan pelayanan. Tingkat ketertarikan tersebut akan meningkat jika kebutuhan yang menyebababkan kepuasan terhadap layanan yang disediakan oleh sistem perpustakaan dan arsip Kota Bengkulu lebih dikembangkan. Sehingga tidak ada komplain yang masuk secara langsung ke petugas perpustakaan dan arsip di Kota Bengkulu. Mengenai hubungan dengan layanan, terdapat dua kebutuhan yang perlu diketahui yaitu penyediaan dan pelayanan. Seperti layanan yang dibutuhkan orang-orang. Oleh karena itu sistem layanan dan kepuasan pengunjung perpustakaan dan arsip Kota Bengkulu dapat meningkat dalam menyediakan informasi untuk sekolah, perguruan tinggi, dan suatu komunitas seperti pada suatu desa yang tidak mengetahui akan perkembangan mengenai perpustakaan dan arsip khususnya daerah Kota Bengkulu.
Offshore Noth West Java (ONWJ) production sharing contract block has been producing since 1970s. The block consists of many oil and gas sturctures, both clastic and carbonate reservoirs. The era of "easy reservoirs" is almost to an end as the fields are maturing over time. Long term development plan is desired to sustain the ONWJ block oil and gas production. The development strategies are focusing on low resistivity development, bypassed oil as the low hanging fruit, add reserves from deeper reservoir and shallow gas development. Bypassed zones exploitation contributes in sustaining ONWJ oil and gas production. Drill stem test data back from the 70s was revisited, well log and correlation was reviewed to find the proven "low hanging fruit" and possible reserves. Sidetracking well to twin the proven exploration well or simply recomplete existing wells were done to add reserves. Low resistivity reservoir was considered unattractive or even identified as non-reservoir in the early life of the block exploitation. However, with thourough evaluation and suitable hydraulic fracturing treatment, the reservoir contributes significantly in sustaining production decline. These zones become one of the keys in future development The gas demand from the near market is continue growing with attractive price. It becomes one of the drivers to find more hydrocarbon gas. In the old days, shallow gas became one of hazard that need to be mitigated. Recently, as the major gas reservoirs continue on its depletion, this shallow was produced; converting from hazard to reserves. Above strategies were successfully applied within fields in ONWJ block and doubled its production to the level of 43,000 bopd and 180 mmscfd within less than 5 years since operated by Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) ONWJ. This paper will discuss subsurface strategies to achieve and sustaining hydrocarbon production and related case studies of several fields in Offshore North West Java. It will also discuss the learning curve for future strategy and application in further redevelopment.
This research goal was to analyze food industry waste in Padang City based on Food Recovery Hierarchy and 3R concept. Waste sampling refers to SNI 19-3964-1994 with 35 sampling points spread across 6 types of food industries. According to the sampling result which includes waste generation, composition, and characteristics, the management of the food industry in Padang City was studied based on the principles of Food Recovery Hierarchy and 3R Concept. The result of the study showed that waste generated is 27.44 tons/day or equivalent to 250.31 m 3 / day with the organic waste as the largest contributor having percentage of 85.06%. On the basis of the chemical and biological characteristics, such as water content, C/N ratio, and biodegradability fraction, the waste shows that the most compatible treatment for the waste is biological treatment with composting. First step in the principles of Food Recovery Hierarchy is applying the concept of waste reduction to the waste resulted from each industry in as many as 2.19% or 4.83 kg/day. In the second step, 44.295 or 99.92 kg/day of the waste were given to livestock. The third step involved composting 39.27% or 86.72% of the waste. The fourth step was to do landfilling with 1.77% or 3.90 kg/day of the waste. The fifth step was selling 12.48% or 25.40 kg/day of the waste that has a recycling potential to collectors based on the 3R concept. If these concepts are applied, the waste taken to the dumpsite will decrease from 16.24 tons/day to 0.49 tons/day.
Penjadwalan pengawas ujian nasional dilakukan secara persilangan, persilangan itu baik dilakukan dengan menerapkan pendekatan algoritma genetik. Algoritma genetika merupakan salah satu jalan untuk memecahkan masalah yang cukup besar dengan solusi yang cukup baik meskipun masalah tersebut membutuhkan waktu eksekusi yang lama bila dilakukan secara manual. Algoritma genetika cukup baik untuk digunakan dalam penjadwalan pengawas di sebuah sekolah tingkat menegah pertama. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dan pengujian dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Program Simulasi Jadwal Ujian Nasional Menggunakan Algoritma Genetik menggunakan PHP-Mysql dapat mengetahui system informasi dan laporan setiap Penjadwalan pengawasan Ujian Nasional, Simulasi Jadwal Ujian Nasional Menggunakan Algoritma Genetik Menggunakan PHP-MySql, bisa digunakan oleh dinas Pendidikan dan kebudayaan dengan data evaluasi.
