Pengabdian masyarakat pada Mahasiswa jurusan biologi Universitas Pattimura pada matakuliah kewirausahaan ini adalah bagaimana mahasiswa yang telah membuat produk mampu melegalisasikan produknya untuk usaha berskala Mikro Kecil, melalui sistem online peraturan pemerintah Single Submission (OSS) berdasarkan peraturan pemerintah No. 24 Tahun 2018. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian di lapangan terlihat bahwa adanya antusias dari mahasiswa, jurusan dan fakultas dalam menanggapi pengabdian masyarakat ini. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kesadaran dari mahasiswa pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum, maupun agar usaha mereka legal dimata hukum dan terdaftar dalam sistem OSS. Materi yang diberikan pada mahasiswa dalam pengabdian ini mengenai cara membuat Nomer Induk Berusaha dengan OSS. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukan adanya pemahaman dan ketertarikan mahasiswa dalam mengurus legalitas usahanya

The research objective is to analyze effect of remuneration and achievement motivation on lecturer performance in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pattimura, Ambon City. The type of approach that the researcher uses is a quantitative descriptive analysis approach with explanatory research. The population in this study are lecturers who active in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pattimura, Ambon City, amounting to 37 people. Determination of the number of samples used by the author in this study is based on the Slovin method as a measuring tool to calculate sample size because the number of known population is more than 37 respondents, so the author only takes a sample with the number of employees, which is 33 lecturers in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pattimura, Ambon City. The test in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that remuneration has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pattimura, Ambon City. Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pattimura, Ambon City.

This study describes the influence of Work Discipline and Internal Communication and its effect on Employee WorkPerformance. The object of this research is PT Dwi Indah. This study discusses the theory of Work Discipline andInternal Communication. This study uses a quantitative method through a questionnaire survey which was distributeddirectly to 70 respondents which was then processed using SPSS version 20.0 with the sampling method being non-probability sampling. The results of the hypothesis test (t test) that work discipline has a significant effect on workperformance with a t count of 2,153 and a table of 1,996. Internal communication has a significant effect on workperformance with t count of 3.398 T table 1.996 with a coefficient of determination 41.7%. Work Discipline and InternalCommunication have a significant and simultaneous effect on employee work performance. The implications of thisresearch can provide an understanding for the management to pay attention to Work Discipline and good internalcommunication, especially at PT Dwi Indah.
