Este artigo teve como objetivo analisar os impactos da Covid-19 na saúde e qualidade de vida dos agricultores e produtores familiares no Brasil. O método que foi utilizado foi uma revisão bibliográfica. Para a busca dos trabalhos foi usado descritores de maneira a abranger aspectos relacionados às dimensões saúde e modo de vida relacionadas aos pequenos produtores e agricultores. Na questão da saúde e modo de vida, os impactos versam sobre a dificuldade de atender a população rural. Questões climáticas e geográficas, como o período chuvoso na Amazônia, prejudicaram transporte fluvial e o trânsito terrestre, dificultando assim a circulação dos profissionais, usuários, e dos insumos trazendo inúmeros desafios ao acesso aos serviços. Verificou-se que a pandemia reforçou as situações de vulnerabilidade social e os quadros de desigualdade e exclusão dos agricultores e produtores da agricultura familiar, além disso a pandemia trouxe quadros de instabilidade emocional gerando desconforto, conflitos e questionamentos. A pandemia exacerbou nossas deficiências estruturais na questão sanitária, desafiando nossa capacidade de conter a contaminação da Covid-19. A mensagem da ONU é clara: água, saneamento e higiene são essenciais na mitigação e no enfrentamento do vírus. Trata-se de uma reconstrução do direito à saúde por meio da oferta e disponibilidade da água e saneamento adequados que respeitem, protejam e cumpram aspectos do direito à água, como meio de resguardar a saúde, como direito fundamental e de dignidade humana.
