RESUMO: Objetivo: Analisar fatores escolares, sociodemográficos, nutricionais e de percepção corporal e comportamental associados à vitimização por bullying entre estudantes brasileiros com idade de 13 a 17 anos. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo transversal com base nos dados da amostra 2 da Pesquisa Nacional de Saúde do Escolar 2015. A amostra do presente estudo é composta de 10.699 adolescentes de escolas de cada grande região do país. Resultados: A prevalência de vitimização por bullying foi de 6,2%, com maiores chances de vitimização em adolescentes que praticam bullying (razão de chances - OR = 1,91, intervalo de confiança de 95% - IC95% 1,48 - 2,45), com idade de 13 anos (OR = 1,76, IC95% 1,04 - 2,97), que se consideram gordos (OR = 1,45, IC95% 1,06 - 1,98) e não são bem tratados na escola pelos colegas (OR = 2,78, IC95% 2,17 - 3,45). Conclusão: Esforços preventivos que incluam programas de incentivo ao maior suporte social entre os estudantes e a implementação de práticas que reforcem o respeito às diferenças e peculiaridades dos alunos podem contribuir para a redução da vitimização por bullying.
Objetivo: Observar através de indicadores o panorama dos casos de HIV/AIDS notificados no estado do Piauí entre 2000 a 2021 e a sua relação com a dinâmica demográfica. Método: Estudo ecológico, de série temporal e abordagem quantitativa que se utilizou de casos notificados no Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação (SINAN). Foram utilizadas as variáveis sociodemográficas e informações relativas aos casos de HIV/AIDS. Foi utilizado o Microsoft Office 2010® e Tabwin® versão 4.1.5 para tabulação e análise dos dados. Resultados: Entre 2000 e 2021, 5.173 casos de HIV/AIDS foram notificados no Piauí, com prevalência do sexo masculino (68,69%), faixa etária de 35 a 64 anos (50,09%), cor parda (69,30%), heterossexuais (57,07%) e com escolaridade ignorada (23,96%). Conclusão: Sugere-se o reforço e aprimoramento de programas de políticas públicas de prevenção do HIV/AIDS, e a inclusão de aspectos relacionados ao tratamento, à terapia antirretroviral e o uso de preservativos para a população.
Este estudo objetiva analisar as experiências de vitimização por abuso sexual, em namoros, e seus impactos em adolescentes escolares. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo com 5 escolares do ensino médio que sofreram violência sexual nas relações amorosas. Os dados foram interpretados com base na análise de conteúdo de Bardin. As unidades foram agrupadas em eixos temáticos: experiência de vitimização, percepções sobre violência, impactos e estratégias de enfrentamento e superação da violência sofrida. Os dados mostram desde experiências sutis de violência até tentativas de manutenção de relação sexual forçada nas relações de namoro, frequentemente precedidas de experiências anteriores em outras esferas relacionais e sobreposição de violências. Os impactos produzidos diferem conforme as características da violência sofrida, porém sentimentos de medo, culpa, vergonha e isolamento social foram comuns, bem como comportamentos suicidas. As principais formas de enfrentamento incluíram partilha das experiências com as mães, mudanças de atitude frente aos relacionamentos, e apenas uma adolescente recorreu a órgãos de proteção, sofrendo processo de revitimização. O estudo permitiu conhecer como se dão as experiências de vitimização por abuso sexual no namoro dos adolescentes.
