AbstrakPerawat memiliki berbagai kompetensi yang harus dikuasai dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien. Kompetensi perawat sangat luas, mencakup praktik profesional, etis, legal, peka budaya, pemberian asuhan, manajemen asuhan keperawatan, pengembangan kualitas personal dan profesional. Supervisi klinik menjadi syarat penting untuk memantau penerapan kompetensi perawat, sehingga dapat tercipta kinerja yang memuaskan. Kinerja perawat yang belum mencapai standar yang telah ditetapkan DEPKES RI, dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya tindakan -tindakan yang tidak sesuai SOP, kurang baiknya dalam pemberian pelayanan keperawatan, sehingga menimbulkan cedera, kerugian, bahkan komplain dari pasien dan masyarakat. Kejadian tersebut dapat menimbulkan penurunan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan penurunan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap profesi perawat. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya solusi yang tepat untuk mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi klinik terhadap peningkatan kompetensi perawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sistematic review melalui pencairan database, scanning, dan screening 8 artikel dari 90 artikel yang didapat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya perbedaan pelayanan keperawatan, ditunjukkan dari peningkatan kompetensi perawat yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat. Kinerja perawat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal yang meliputi kepatuhan dokumentasi keperawatan dan kepatuhan cuci tangan five moment. Sedangkan faktor eksternal meliputi penurunan burnout, peningkatan lingkungan kerja, dan penurunan risiko jatuh. Dari berbagai jurnal menunjukkan bahwa superfisi klinik dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja perawat baik secara internal maupu eksternal. Banyaknya dampak positif supervisi klinik di rumah sakit dapat menjadi acuan agar supervisi klinik terus di lakukan di rumah sakit. Adanya supervisi klinik yang dilakukan dengan tepat diharapakan kegiatan asuhan keperawatan dapat terus ditingkankan sesuai kompetensi perawat. The COVID-19 pandemic experienced by people around the world has resulted in an increase in the number of patients and stressors for nurses in Mental Hospital Emergency Departments, and is exacerbated by the condition of mental patients who are unable to communicate properly. The quality of patient care in the ER is determined by the availability of the 5M element where nurses as a human element in the COVID-19 pandemic situation require more attention regarding psychological wellbeing. Psychological wellbeing of good nurses will have a positive impact on nursing services in the ER mental hospital. The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences and feelings of psychologic wellbeing of Surakarta mental hospital emergency room nurses during the COVID-19 period. The research method used a qualitative design on the emergency room nurse mental hospital used Colaizzi analysis method. The results of the analysis of the participant interviews obtained seven themes, namely the meaning of psychological wellbeing (feeling happy, grateful to accept one's own condition, comfortable, useful and productive), Feelings during the COVID-19 pandemic (feelings at the beginning of the pandemic and current feelings), How to adapt during the COVID-19 pandemic. -19 (increased self-readiness, mutual care and support for fellow nurses, fulfillment of facilities and improvement of service systems), Hope for the COVID-19 pandemic (Joking freely and the pandemic will end soon and no health workers will fall), Changes experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic 19 (changes in regulations and culture in the face of a pandemic, changes in methods of studying online), experiences during work (pleasant experiences and bad experiences), families who always support carers (spouses and children and parents), and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic ( towards others and towards family). The conclusion now is that nurses feel more comfortable and calm in carrying out their duties. The nurses had made adaptations to reduce anxiety so as to improve the psychological wellbeing status of the nurses.
Leadership in the organization is the most important factor that can affect the achievement or failure of the goals and visions of the nursing organization's mission. Various types of leadership styles that change along with the times and the development of science in the field of nursing. The leadership style of nursing managers can affect the psychological well-being of nursing staff. The purpose of this study was to analyze previous research on leadership style on nurses' psychological well-being. This research used literature review study. This literature review starts from searching for articles in several journals, namely Google scholar, ResearchGate, Sciencedirect, pubmed, and proquest using keywords, then selecting articles according to inclusion criteria. Articles that have been selected are analyzed or synthesized data in tabular form. The articles obtained by using internet or online access methods, such as Google scholar, ResearchGate, Sciencedirect, pubmed, proquest with a publishing period of 2007-2021. The article in full text can be accessed with Indonesian and English journal articles. The review Method Conducted by collecting data or from various sources according to keywords and relevant sources. The result of the 9 articles analyzed, there are 4 articles that examine the relationship of leadership style to the psychological well-being of nurses. The application of different leadership styles is adjusted to the circumstances, goals and vision and mission of the nursing organization. The conclusion from 4 articles that examined the relationship of leadership style to the psychological well-being of nurses showed that all leadership styles were related to the psychological well-being of nurses.
