How to change the assessment process that used to still use manual way by computerization. 2. How to apply the progress of change in today's sophisticated technology. In this decision system using Weighted Product (WP) weighting method of WP method is the choice of method on decision support system of employee performance appraisal index at revenue department of Pringsewu district. Weighted product method is a method of completion by using multiplication to attribute attribute rating in which rating must be prefixed with bob ot attribute in question. This decision support system can perform the process of calculating employee performance appraisal so that it can realize a fair assessment based on existing criteria calculations on this system using weighted product weighting (WP) that can produce the best employee performance appraisal system calculation from the highest value of 0.250 to the lowest value of 0.133 . The highest score is the best employee while the lowest score is the worst employee performance. This system can present employee performance appraisal reports quickly and clearly so that more effective and efficient.

Therefore it is necessary to be given a special vaccine for poultry that can anticipate the dominant diseases attacking poultry in particular chicken laying. So need a prediction model with the concept of fuzzy analytical hierarchy process. analytical hierarchy process is one of the methods in the decision-making system that uses several variables with a multilevel analysis process using criteria such as decreased egg production, cough, watery eyes, wings hanging down, a gray sprocket, legs paralyzed. From the test results obtained varied values with alternative results obtained: Marek 0.1487, IB chicken 0.3464, CA 0.1769, chicken NP 0.2407, EDS 0.0884. Mathematics for young learners should be taught in a fun way, using a familiar context. Incorporating games into the classroom is a way to engage students in mathematics and hence improve their learning outcomes. This article reports a qualitative study conducted to improve students’ understanding of angle measurement by implementing snakes and ladders game. A class consisted of 30 fourth-grade students at a primary school in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, participated in the study. Data on the students’ activity during learning and their learning outcomes were collected using observation sheet and tests. Results showed that the implementation of the snakes and ladders game in the teaching and learning of angles successfully improved the students’ attention during learning and their interactions with the teacher and their peers. There was also a significant improvement in the students’ learning outcomes from the average score of 45 for pre-test to 85 for post-test. These findings suggest that the implementation of snakes and ladders game is beneficial for students’ mathematics learning.
