Abstract:Persons with disabilities is a condition of physical disability of the individual as a normal human being. Various problems occur in persons with disabilities in social institutions such as the Balai Besar Rehabilitasi Vokasional Bina Daksa (BBRVBD) able to communicate openly with its environment. Johari windows is one technique to alleviate the problems of individual self-disclosure. The purpose of this study is to improve the skills of beneficiaries to be able to communicate who think, feel good about themselves and about others who frequently interact with it as it is and with the right language. This study uses research and development. The model used is a model development research and development (R&D). The results indicate that the development of this product has a usability criteria, eligibility, accuracy, the attractiveness and appropriate when used for student beneficiaries BBRVBD.
The background of this research is the emergence of diverse and confusing behavior between students of UHAMKA phenomenon who stay in first and last term on the major counseling. This study aims to describe differences between them in wellness condition. This research was conducted on the students of the Guidance and Counseling majors, Faculty of Teacher and Education Science in the fisrt and last semester. The population of this study supports 147 people in a group and 197 people in B group. The sample was 177 people in a group and 69 people in B group. Sampling technique used is random sampling that. This research uses quantitative methods of comparative approach. The Data in this research is the normal distribution but not homogeneous so that the applied technique of nonparametric analysis of data with the test method of hypothesis U-test (Mann Whitney). Based on the calculation result of the U-test (Mann Whitney) Obtained Z>observed Ztable(22.574>1.96) the which means H0 rejected. The results of this study concluded that there are differences in the level of wellness between a groups of samples, with the wellness of students who stay in last half is much larger than the Guidance Counseling Major student Who stay in the first half.
Academic burnout among FKIP UHAMKA students will be analyzed based on gender. A descriptive approach is utilized in the quantitative research methodology. A sample of 307 students was chosen from the 6,544 total pupils who participated in the research. According to the study's findings, academic burnout can be classified according to a person's gender. The researchers discovered that male students fell into the low category, scoring 75% in sub-variable exhaustions, 61% in cynicism, and 50% in inefficacy. Additionally, the majority of female students fall into the low category, with percentage values in the subvariables for weariness (76%), cynicism (63%), and inefficacy (64%) all falling into the low range. Thus, it can be said that both male and female students at FKIP UHAMKA have low levels of academic burnout.
Kemampuan pengambilan keputusan oleh remaja di masa pandemi mengalami penurunan. Fenomena ini dialami siswa usia remaja 15-17 tahun yang duduk dibangku SMA, masa tersebut merupakan sebuah periode bermasalah dalam hidupnya yakni, kelabilan mengambil keputusan tentang arah pilihan hidup yang semakin hari terus meningkat. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi tuntutan dari lingkungan sekitar, serta kemampuan perkembangan pengambilan keputusan terus meningkat ketika peristiwa yang telah dilalui berupa keinginan mengambil masa depan, karir, teman bermain, perencanaan studi lanjut, dan penyelesaian konflik dalam diri. Mengingat sulitnya konseling secara langsung membuat seorang siswa tidak dapat menceritakan permasalahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektivitasan penggunaan media ECITE (Electronic Counseling In Telegram) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan remaja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pre- eksperimental dengan desain penelitian pre test- posstest one grup design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 10 orang siswa. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan yakni angket dengan model skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terlihat adanya perbedaan terkait kemampuan pengambilan keputusan remaja sebelum diberi perlakuan dan setelah diberi perlakuan melalui media ECITE (Electronic Counseling In Telegram).
