This study aims to analyze and examine the teacher's strategy in shaping the character of students through the values of honesty. The research method used is a qualitative approach with field studies at SDN 3 Blimbing, Besuki, Situbondo. Collecting data in this study using observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique is carried out with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions from research results. From this study, the results obtained are several teacher strategies that can be applied in school institutions including: teachers always start learning with the hadith of honesty, teachers always understand student achievement for students who have academic and non-academic achievements, teachers guide their students by implementing habituation attitudes and behavior honest in school, teachers are responsible for developing students' awareness of the importance of education, teachers apply a cooperative attitude to interact honestly at school. Implications in forming honest character, so far students have developed in terms of attitude, one of which is politeness in communicating, and being honest in conveying a message.
Cognitive intelligence has a vital role in children's growth and development to solve remembering, logical thinking, and symbolic thinking activities. This study aim to explore how the implementation of in improving early childhood cognitive intelligence in RA Tania, Paiton, Probolinggo?. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Researchers conducted observations and interviews with principals, teachers, students, and guardians of students. The data analysis technique is carried out in stages, including data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that literacy management in improving early childhood cognitive intelligence was carried out through; identification of needs, implementation of literacy management, evaluation, and a tiered plan. This study implies that literacy management can increase interest in reading and writing and an understanding of simple problem-solving in early childhood
Early childhood is a period that requires guidance and development of self-development in order to train independence. However, training independence in early childhood cannot be done carelessly and must start from small things. This study aims to examine efforts to train early childhood independence through the "I Can" program based on self-accustoming at Sinar Harapan Kindergarten, Kedopok, Probolinggo. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study type to examine the program. After the data were collected through interviews and observations, the data analysis techniques were data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that the "Aku Bisa" program consisted of routine activities carried out from the time students arrived at school until the time of learning was over and evaluation with the parents of students every two months. The implication is that efforts to train children's independence will be successful if parents also support program activities and monitor their development
Abstarct: This writing aims to present a religious planting in shaping santri-like behavior. In shaping the character behavior of students, cultivation is very necessary. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The results showed that the existence of a religious activity structure at the pesantren, such as the tahajjut prayer, dhuha prayer, fardhu prayer in congregation, and many other activities. By getting used to these activities, it becomes a shield (medicine) for every santri in forming a santri-like behavior.
This study aims to analyze parenting activities in shaping the character of early childhood at Taman Posyandu Anak Salih. The research method used is a qualitative case study type. Researchers conducted interviews with principals and teachers at the institution. The study results indicate that the formation of children's character requires a continuous and consistent process, both when the child is in the family environment, school environment, and community environment. Schools in approaching parents through parenting activities are carried out through; 1) planning includes determining the time, place of materials, and media needed in parenting activities; 2) implementation, namely the form of parental meetings or parent classes by prioritizing the discussion and sharing process; 3) evaluation in the parenting program using question and answer according to the material that has been conveyed with parents and meetings regarding ongoing programs conducted by educators and managers so that parents become partners in the formation of children's character.
