This study aims to explore macroeconomic factors that affect non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia. The research data are non-oil and gas export data, Gross Domestic Product, inflation, US dollar exchange rate, foreign direct investment in the 2010-2019 period published by Bank Indonesia statistics. The research method uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) analysis with the Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF) stationary test, Johansen's cointegration test, Granger causality test, Error Correction Model. The results showed there was a cointegration relationship between all dependent and independent variables, a direct relationship with the US dollar exchange rate and inflation on Gross Domestic Product, Gross Domestic Product on exports. In the short term Gross Domestic Product, inflation, exchange rates, and foreign direct investment have no significant effect on non-oil and gas exports. In the long run, Gross Domestic Product has a significant effect on non-oil and gas exports.Keywords: non-oil export, macroeconomy, cointegration, causality, error correction model
Adanya penerapan kebijakan pemerintah selama pandemi Covid-19 seperti Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) pada tahun 2020 sampai dengan kebijakan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat berbasis mikro (PPKM Mikro) pada awal tahun 2021 memicu masyarakat di rumah berperilaku konsumtif dengan berbelanja online.Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-WOM dan sales promotion terhadap impulsive buying produk fashion di aplikasi belanja online Shopee, khususnya dikalangan milenial. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan sampel sejumlah 146 responden mahasiswa, pengambilan sampel non-probability sample dengan teknik purposive sampling, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan E-WOM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Impulsive Buying konsumen pada aplikasi Shopee, Sales Promotion berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Impulsive Buying konsumen pada aplikasi Shopee.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengobservasi pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik (work environment, reward, job involvement, leadership) dan motivasi intrinsik (self-expression, personal-fit, personal fullfilment) kinerja karyawan CV. Muncul Anugerah Jaya (CV. MAJ). Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan CV. MAJ yang berjumlah 31 orang, penelitian ini diuji dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi ekstrinsik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. This research aims to identify tourism factors that should be eliminate, reduce, raise, and create (ERRC) to indicate the characteristics of Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) in order to revitalize the development of Kenjeran tourism area, Surabaya by taking into account aspects of education, local economic improvement, and environmental conservation. The research methodology is based on descriptive approach through analyzing the strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to find the key success factor, the industry benchmarks, and the tourism market agents in order to understand the ERRC and to set a canvas strategy. The result shows that Revitalization is done by; Eliminating Aspect of Sustainable Environment including environmental pollution, abrasion, and unregulated zone. Reducing Aspect of Attractions, including: a shift in local culture and focus on shopping area. Factors that should be raise is Aspect of Accessibility and Empowerment, including: tourism facilities, and community capacity development. whereasWhereas elements that should be created are included in Aspect of Tourism Industry, including pattern of partnership and community development. The novelties of this research is using Blue Ocean Strategy via a 4-step approach: Eliminate, Reduce, Raise, and Create (ERRC) to revitalize an integrated tourist area. The study aims to explore the influence of the insurance company’s specific variables and macroeconomic factors on financial performance of general insurance companies in Indonesia. The insurance company’s spesific variables are proxied by the claims ratio, premium growth ratio and risk-based-capital ratio as well as macroeconomic variables by Gross Domestic Products (GDP) and inflation, financial performance are proxied by return on assets and return on equity. The research samples are 35 registered general insurance companies at Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2016-2019 periods. The research method is panel data regression analysis with three stages model estimation approach ; Chow-test, Hausman-test and Langrange Multiplier-test to estimate the proper regression model of the Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model or Random Effect Model. The most fit regression model analysis to be selected is Random Effect Model. The results shows that the claims ratio affects return on assets and return on equity significantly, the risk-based-capital ratio affects return on assets significantly, but not affects return on equity significantly. While the premium growth ratio, GDP and inflation not affects return on assets and return on equity signficantly.
