Electronic Integrated Antenatal Care (e-iANC) was built as a web-based application to assist midwives in recording Antenatal Care (ANC) data including Patient Registration; Anamnesis; Physical Examination; Laboratory Test, Screening of Risk Pregnancy; Communication, Information and Education; Treatment and follow-up; Patient Disposition. To ensure e-iANC becomes a safe system, security system testing was needed. Our goals were to test the security system by using the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP). It was conducted in computer laboratory at Universitas Esa Unggul Jakarta in August 2017. The OWASP detect include Injection, Broken Authentication and Session Management, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), Insecure Direct Object References, Security Misconfiguration, Sensitive Data Exposure, Missing Level Access Control, Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF), Using Known Vulnerable Components, Unvalidated Redirects and Forwards. The results indicated the risk level of e-iANC was the low category in the aspect of Cross-Domain JavaScript Source File Inclusion, Private IP Disclosure, XSS Protection Not Enabled Web Browser.
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and promotion of Chatime products on customer satisfaction (a case study of Chatime customers in the Central Jakarta Region). The population in this study are all Chatime customers who make direct purchases at outlets. The sample in this study was taken by non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique as many as 185 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was through an online questionnaire—data processing using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (3) promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (4) service quality, product quality, and promotion have a simultaneous positive, and significant effect on Chatime customer satisfaction in the Central Jakarta area; (5) the variable that has a dominant influence on Chatime customer satisfaction in the Central Jakarta area is the promotion variable.
At this time the business world began to compete globally with the aim of satisfying customers, so companies need access and information that is fast and accurate. To access information quickly, companies need to build information and communication technology infrastructure which is certainly not easy with the need for a large enough capital, besides that there is cloud computing which can be an alternative. The progress of information and communication technology that we have achieved now has really been recognized and felt to provide a lot of convenience and comfort for human life. Information Technology (IT) solutions, cloud computing, are now starting to be discussed a lot by business people, including in Indonesia. Even though it's popular, it doesn't mean cloud computing is easily accepted. Cloud computing will actually save business operations much more, compared to using traditional methods among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). There are various kinds of services provided by cloud computing, including hardware, infrastructure, platforms, and applications. Cloud computing has considerable benefits, this is because the services of cloud computing can reduce computing costs, increase reliability and provide considerable opportunities for the infrastructure world. The purpose of this research is to increase business competitiveness in the business sector by using the Salesfoorce App Cloud application. The results of this application can make business models more flexible and know market needs and consumer needs.
The change in buying style from offline to online has made many modern retailers unable to compete, thereby reducing sales massively in shopping centers. This situation encourages industry players to be able to find a breakthrough in increasing sales at their outlets. This study aims to determine the factors that can increase impulse buying so that it can provide an empirical basis for decision making by retailers to increase their sales intensively. Primary data were collected as many as 360 respondents with purposive sampling using a questionnaire. The hypothesis is tested using the structural equation modeling method. Based on the statistical test output, it is concluded that buyers who shop offline can shop immediately when they feel positive emotion which is influenced by the influence of the social environment and the appearance and visual merchandising of their shopping outlets. From this research, it is also found that consumers do not involve product involvement, product knowledge and social lifestyle in making purchases. This research is limited to the distribution and demographic clusters that are not broad, further research is needed to provide a more comprehensive empirical basis.
Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan mengelola manajemen usaha yang berfokus pada aspek manajemen pemasaran dan komunikasi pemasaran yang berbasis IPTEK terhadap Kelompok Tani, yang terletak di Desa Cidokom. Sasaran program PKM ini adalah kelompok masyarakat yang produktif secara ekonomi (UKM). Tujuan program adalah untuk mengembangkan masyarakat yang mandiri secara ekonomidengan mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam salah satu dimensi proses bisnisnya. Mitra usaha dalam program ini adalah kelompok usaha budidaya tanaman hias. Analisis thematic dalam pre survey mendapatkan permasalahan mitra meliputi; Tata kelola keuangan yang tidak lancar, solusinya: mendukung pelaksanaan dan kelancaran usaha mitra PKM dari sisi penyiapan permodalan dan pengelolaan keuangan usaha dengan perancangan dan pelatihan manajemen keuangan (aliran kas), perencanaan usaha yang baik, dan efisiensi serta efektivitas dana usaha. Permasalahan kedua terletak pada melemahnya tingkat penjualan selama pandemic Covid-19, solusinya adalah meningkatkan ketrampilan mitra PKM dalam menunjang produktivitas, dengan pelatihan difusi inovasi teknologi pemasaran. Realisasi progam PKM dengan terjadinya volume penjualan dengan meningkatkan awareness, pembuatan e-katalog penjualan, alternatif sistem penjualan (konsinyasi) dan saluran pemasaran lainnya serta penataan pasar yang lebih luas menggunakan konsep digital marketing 5.0. luaran wajib dan luaran lainnya yang ditargetkan program PKM ini berupa: 1. Publikasi di jurnal ilmiah cetak atau elektronik di Jurnal Nasional ber-ISSN, 2. Artikel ilmiah dimuat di jurnal cetak atau elektronik Nasional, 3. Permodelan Manajemen Produksi, 4. Peningkatan daya saing Mitra Produktif Ekonomi dalam aspek Pemasaran, 5. Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna IPTEK digital marketing pada UMKM. Rencana kegiatan dimulai dari merumuskan permasalahan, mencari solusi, merencanakan dan melaksanakan seluruh PKM serta mensosialisasikan hasil penerapan teknologi tepat guna ke seluruh anggota mitra.
Kebijakan pemerintah menyusun dan mengembangkan kurikulum pembelajaran kewirausahaan di Perguruan Tinggi bertujuan untuk menciptakan wirausaha. Membangun karakter wirausaha, pola pikir wirausaha, dan perilaku wirausaha yang kreatif, inovatif dan produktif menciptakan nilai tambah ekonomi. Dalam perspektif pembangunan sumber daya manusia dan ekonomi, pendidikan kewirausahaan idealnya berkontribusi menyiapkan lulusan perguruan tinggi mampu membuka usaha, mengentaskan kemiskinan dan mengurangi pengangguran intelek. Artikel ini dari hasil penelitian dengan metode survey dan eksperimentasi, serta informasi dari berbagai sumber kepustakaan yang relevan. Simpulan hasil survey pandangan mahasiswa, menunjukkan berminat membuka usaha setelah lulus, berkeyakinan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berkontribusi mengentaskan kemiskinan dan mengurangi pengangguran. Hasil eksperimen keterampilan entrepreneur, menyimpulkan pertama, pengalaman berwirausaha penentu sukses menjadi entrepreneur sejati, dapat bertahan dan unggul, meskipun berpendidikan hanya SMA, kedua, pengalaman bekerja pada perusahaan sebagai “anak buah” mengalami kebangkrutan dan tidak mampu melanjutkan usaha, habis modal dan gagal, dan ketiga mahasiswa yang telah lulus mata kuliah kewirausahaan, masih labil dan cenderung lamban berkembang. Electronic Integrated Antenatal Care is a web-based application for antenatal care (ANC) data and information management for independent practice midwives. This study aimed to assess the end-user needs for e-iANC development. Their needs for data and information were represented by a use case diagram. Five key stakeholders were identified related to the development of an e-iANC. Interviewing representatives of each informant provided the functions, and information content and flows for each function. The Extended e-iANC needs and promoted insight among all of the actors’ perspectives. The use-case scenario for extended e-iANC includes all of the elements of midwifery care include antenatal care, childbirth, puerperium, immunization, and family planning. The deployment of integrated information of extended e-iANC with the primary healthcare applications and the district health department is necessary for comprehensive information on maternal and child care innovation.
Background: Insight and activeness to carry out research are things that must be owned by many people, organizations, as well as agencies and institutions, if they want conditions changes to occur in the environment that they want. Research helps to produce better changes with various methods or approaches. The college as the birthplace of reliable researches must be able the entire academic community in it to have insight into research methodology in order to increase community service. Contribution: This research was conducted to explain the implementation of webinar in order to increase the understanding and mastery of the academic community from lectures, students, and the public in general regarding research methodology. Method: The methodology used is qualitative descriptive. Results: The results showed that the holding of the webinar activity "Research Methodology and Scientific Writing" by the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Esa Unggul University, Jakarta had an impact on increasing the participants' insight and understanding regarding research methodology for students and other general participants. In addition, this activity also helps to encourage an increase in the interest of the academic community both from the Faculty of Communication Sciences and not to do community service with a variety of research method approaches needed by field conditions and integration in accordance with communication science.
