Electronic Integrated Antenatal Care is a web-based application for antenatal care (ANC) data and information management for independent practice midwives. This study aimed to assess the end-user needs for e-iANC development. Their needs for data and information were represented by a use case diagram. Five key stakeholders were identified related to the development of an e-iANC. Interviewing representatives of each informant provided the functions, and information content and flows for each function. The Extended e-iANC needs and promoted insight among all of the actors’ perspectives. The use-case scenario for extended e-iANC includes all of the elements of midwifery care include antenatal care, childbirth, puerperium, immunization, and family planning. The deployment of integrated information of extended e-iANC with the primary healthcare applications and the district health department is necessary for comprehensive information on maternal and child care innovation.
Efforts to maintain health can be carried out with a clean and healthy lifestyle, including by washing hands 6 steps. Hands are the medium that transmits disease the most, so they must always be clean by washing hands in the 6 steps. The six steps to washing your hands start with pouring soap into your palms, rubbing your palms together, rubbing the back or back of your hands, rubbing between your fingers, rinsing off the soap and drying your hands. The results of observations in the classroom action research on 21 respondents consisting of junior high school students in Bekasi concluded that the majority of respondents (66.67%) had carried out the 6 steps of hand washing correctly. The results of observations of step-by-step hand washing stated that most respondents (72.79%) did the 6-step hand washing properly, in fact all respondents (100%) had carried out step 1 or step 1, namely pouring soap on their palms before washing. Hand. The quality of the implementation of the 6-step hand washing which was mostly good was made possible by the information obtained in the counseling conducted before the respondents carried out the practice of hand washing. The service of medical record documents, is required to provide files quickly and accurately. Based on the results of observations during street vendors at Lawang Health Center, the authors found that the implementation of medical record file storage in Lawang Health Center was not in accordance with (Standard Operational Procedure). The study was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of medical record file storage SOPs at Lawang Health Center. The type of research used is qualitative research. The phenomenology approach is used in research because it focuses on describing what is common / common to all participants when they experience a phenomenon. Data collected are interview data and documentation. There were 4 officers in the medical record room including 1 medical record graduate, 1 midwifery graduate, and 2 high school graduates who already had basic skills in managing medical record files. At the Lawang Community Health Center there was a policy but there was still no information about the obligations of the officers in carrying out the storage of medical records. The results showed that 30% had not implemented the SOP effectively so that it caused missing and difficult files to track it. In addition, the flow of medical record documents is embedded and written. The medical record room is ± 2 m x 2.5 m with a medical record file of 29200 files. This results in the process of searching the medical record file to be slow and ineffective.
The present study reports the first comprehensive research on covid19 emergency services model. Healthcare services inside hospitals during pandemic can apply the Lean Hospital and Waste Assessment Model (WAM) modification, which is a new method that can be used to identify waste in the hospital service process flow and operational of emergency service. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for improving emergency services in the covid19 era. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative analysis carried out through observing the service flow of patients who will be hospitalized from the emergency, confirming the service flow by in-depth interviews and looking at secondary data and giving a questionnaire on a modification of eight waste relationship at 15 persons expert who understands the emergency service process. The results showed that the critical waste of emergency services at RSKJ Soeprapto hospital is a waste of human skills of 17.5%. The reasons for the emergence above are because the covid19 team has not yet been formed, the absence of special officers to conduct primary triage before the patient enters the emergency unit, and many officers who do not understand the flow of emergency services in the covid19 pandemic era. In order to improve hospital services in the future, it is necessary to form a covid19 team, to develop a standard emergency service guide, to conduct continuous socialization to all the hospital staff through education and training programs, which are recommendations for improving emergency services at RSKJ Soeprapto Hospital Bengkulu in the pandemic era and new normal preparation.
Pelaksanaan PKM bertujuan mewujudkan upaya penguasaan media pembelajaran daring untuk guru sekolah dasar dan taman kanak-kanak dengan pendekatan inovasi, dengan rincian solusi berupa penyuluhan pembekalan media pembelajaran daring, pelatihan pembekalan makna inovasi dalam pemanfaatan perangkat aplikasi, pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan. Luaran berupa meningkatkan pemahaman terkait perangkat media pembelajaran daring, meningkatkan keterampilan melalui inovasi dalam pemanfaatan perangkat aplikasi, meningkatkan kemampuan keterampilan menggunakan aplikasi untuk mendukung kesuksesan pembelajaran daring, penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai pendukung untuk menjaga kualitas dan keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Daring, Guru, Inovasi
