O jornalismo foi criado, desenvolvido e reproduzido em uma sociedade desigual, marcada por questões como o racismo, o classismo e o machismo. Dessa maneira, historicamente, contribuiu frequentemente para a reprodução desses fenômenos. Porém, usando o manto da objetividade, neutralidade e isenção, esse campo do conhecimento se notabilizou como lugar da verdade, da mediação confiável. Neste artigo, discutimos como esse manto, agora esgarçado, não dá conta de uma série de questões que receberam mais visibilidade nos últimos anos e tornaram possível revelar alguns dos limites dessa falsa objetividade jornalística. Propomos explorar o que chamamos de jornalismo de subjetividade como um instrumento que subverte critérios da noticiabilidade, amplia espaço para novas (ou sufocadas) representações e que pode se assumir ativista sem que haja uma recusa da apuração profunda e da checagem de dados. Entendemos, assim, a subjetividade como caminho para um jornalismo mais íntegro e integral.
Este artigo procura colaborar com uma questão central no debate sobre gênero, em especial aquele que compete à transgeneridade e à travestilidade: as discussões relativas à interseccionalidade e à consubstancialidade e os limites, embates, encontros e transbordamentos surgidos a partir do fazer jornalístico. Neste sentido, realiza-se uma análise de textos (reportagens, matérias) sobre mulheres transgêneras e travestis e as ações e reações derivadas desses textos. Em particular, discutem-se os fenômenos surgidos entre quem produz os textos (repórter negra, cisgênera) e o público analisado (mulheres transexuais e travestis brancas e negras). Ao fazer essa análise, o artigo enfatiza o papel potente da subjetividade no jornalismo, entendendo-a não como uma negação da objetividade, mas como um caminho para abarcar, e não recusar, as dissonâncias que nascem dos encontros necessários para repensar práticas e representações.
O campo da arte tem suas raízes fincadas em uma multiplicidade de universos, sem qualquer obrigação de estar atrelado ao que se entende como real. O jornalismo, no imaginário profissional e popular, segue caminho contrário, e dele se espera a clareza, a transparência, a objetividade, cânones questionados no campo acadêmico, mas presentes no senso comum. Neste texto, apresentamos a aproximação entre esses lugares de produção simbólica através de uma análise introdutória ao trabalho de quatro artistas: Bárbara Wagner, Jonathas de Andrade, Ana Lira e Alfredo Jaar – que se utilizam de instrumentos comumente relacionados à prática jornalística para realizar suas obras, produzindo/se apropriando de documentários, reportagens fotográficas e de texto, pesquisa e entrevistas de arquivo. Estas produções podem ser vistas também como novas formas jornalísticas de informar e angariar a adesão de um público fragmentado, de atenção nômade, em um ambiente atravessado pela noção de pós-verdade. São, além disso, obras que espelham limitações de formas de representação que precisam ser refletidas no espaço da própria imprensa. Nesta, é cada vez mais necessária a assimilação de uma já existente, mas historicamente negada, subjetividade.
O seguinte artigo tem como objetivo discutir o papel da afetividade na relação professor-aluno, no que tange ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Parte-se da produção científica sobre uma inter-relação entre afeto e cognição, e em como trabalha-los em conjunto impacta positivamente no desenvolvimento intelectual do indivíduo. Outro elemento relevante nessa produção é o professor enquanto figura mediadora, e cujo desenvolvimento pessoal/profissional é permeado pela dimensão afetiva, e como isso influencia em sua prática docente. Por fim, o foco neste trabalho será no papel da afetividade na educação infantil, em como a relação professor-aluno é impactada quando há, ou não há, relações de afeto no cotidiano escolar. Desse modo, o presente artigo está fundamentado nas teorias de Wallon e Vygotsky acerca do desenvolvimento humano, e na concepção monista de educação que ambos defendem – na qual afeto e cognição devem ser trabalhados em conjunto no ambiente de ensino. Além disso, a consulta bibliográfica foi acompanhada por um profundo estudo de dados secundários para fundamentar a importância da afetividade no contexto da educação infantil.
A perspectiva ativista foi historicamente refutada por aquele que se notabilizou como o “bom jornalismo”, este embebido pela ideia de objetividade. De acordo com o que é considerado senso comum, o ativismo macula ideologicamente o conteúdo noticioso, percepção também expressada nas publicações de jornalistas em redes sociais. A partir da ideia de um jornalismo de subjetividade, fazemos aqui uma reflexão sobre uma prática ativista que não se esconde como tal e que pode estar presente não só no que se entende como jornalismo independente/alternativo, mas ainda nas grandes empresas. Esta tomada de posição se dá, entre outros marcadores, pela reflexão sobre o próprio campo, pela não exotificação do outro e pela atuação de uma profissional que se sabe não neutra. Fazemos ainda uma análise das práticas jornalísticas associadas a uma “sensibilidade hacker” (RUSSEL, 2017), que pode e deve estar presente para além do uso de aparatos tecnológicos.
