La natura poliedrica dei centri storici, conseguenza di aspetti eterogenei che riflettono circostanze ambientali e umane -come ad esempio l'orografia del terreno, le condizioni socio-economiche in relazione al divenire dei periodi storici, l'evoluzione delle tecniche e delle tecnologie della costruzione che partono dal sapere empirico, l'utilizzo prolungato e i cambi di destinazione d'uso delle forme insediative -costituisce sì un valore aggiunto, poiché li caratterizza e li rende unici, ma anche una problematica che apre varie sfaccettature, nella gestione e organizzazione delle operazioni volte alla loro conservazione. È indiscusso che per tutelare il patrimonio, sia esso un singolo bene o un complesso organismo quale un borgo, bisogna partire dalla conoscenza e quindi dai dati che derivano da indagini multidisciplinari. Ed è proprio per questo che è importante trovare un punto d'incontro che può risiedere nel definire l'architettura sistemica e nella standardizzazione dell'acquisizione dei dati. L'obiettivo che la ricerca vuole raggiungere ha orientato le operazioni verso una scomposizione dei centri storici che si declina su diverse scale: il singolo edificio, il complesso architettonico, il centro storico, le aree territoriali omogenee, i centri distanti ma accomunati da specifiche caratteristiche.Parole chiave ontologia, centri storici minori, linguaggi architettonici, patrimonio costruito, tecniche costruttive locali.
POSTER Microbiologia M e d i c a 211quanto verrebbero sottovalutate le cariche batteriche basse, espressione dell'attività inibente presente nell'urina e non del processo infettivo in atto. Inoltre nei pazienti con carica batterica significativamente elevata (> 80 4 UFC/ml) e PARtest positivo (11.3% nella nostra casistica) il PAR test può essere utile nel valutare l'efficacia della terapia antibiotica. La ricerca delle sostanze antibatteriche nell'urina rappresenta quindi un doveroso completamento dell'esame colturale, affinché questo risulti attendibile e con un fondato riscontro clinico. Tabella
La ricerca illustrata in questo contributo descrive l'esperienza portata avanti da un team multidisciplinare per l'analisi del costruito storico con un particolare approfondimento alla problematica, oggi molto dibattuta, della rappresentazione tridimensionale dei manufatti finalizzata all'analisi, alla gestione e allo scambio dei dati. Infatti, le possibilità offerte dalle ICT sono molteplici e vanno dai modelli fotogrammetrici con la visualizzazione dell'analisi stratigrafica 3D alla gestione di mesh in ambenti GIS 3D e in Sistemi Informativi, dalla modellazione parametrica del patrimonio architettonico (HBIM) alla realtà virtuale per la divulgazione e l'interpretazione dei dati. Obiettivo preminente della ricerca è quello di definire procedure che, a partire dal rilievo digitale dei manufatti e dalla generazione di modelli semantici tridimensionali, favoriscano la documentazione e lo scambio dei dati tra le diverse figure professionali che a vario titolo sono chiamate in causa nel processo di conoscenza, gestione, conservazione e valorizzazione del patrimonio architettonico e archeologico. Con la sperimentazione è stato messo a punto di uno strumento digitale capace di sintetizzare, in un unico ambiente virtuale, le varie esigenze di documentazione coniugando i dati sullo stato di conservazione del bene con i risultati delle analisi archeologiche, storico-artistiche e documentali di un complesso architettonico abbaziale pluristratificato.Parole chiave documentazione del patrimonio architettonico, rappresentazione tridimensionale, archeologia dell'architettura, interdisciplinarietà, realtà virtuale.
