The five main сhallenges on the way of managing change in organizations at the present stage of development of science are differences in leaders, differences in management and changes mechanisms, markers of changes, the effectiveness of strategic actions, career of employees. The article reveals the specifics of Russian national culture and its role in business. The data of studies of Russians are summarized in behavioral context. The historical periods of Russia's development and governance and their influence on behavior are described in the business environment. The greatest differences are noted between the Russian and Anglo-Saxon mentality. Russians are described in typical situations at the present stage of Russian economy development - the formal use of IT, bureaucracy, subordination, the importance of personal contacts, and desire to control workers behavior during off-hours.
The concept of "leadership" has become widely used in the social sciences after K.Levin experiments (USA, 30th years). He proposed a model for the implementation of changes identified three leadership styles (authoritarian, democratic and anarchist) and proved their direct impact on the "cluster environment» (Lewin, 1951). From this period, the term leadership is firmly embedded in psychological science. In 1943, psychologist K.Craik, continuing the development of ideas about the relationship with the leader of the group, suggested that all events are translated into the internal model, and that people use these models to evaluate external events. This communication theory suggests that people perceive the world through the prism of their psychological perception, and not just the outside world as a whole, despite the fact that they can feel that.
The chapter reveals the problem of health in the context of digitalization and building an organizational culture based on hybrid communication, workplace practices, and burnout prevention. Health is the main human resource, which is becoming a predictor of organization success in the 21st century; and it is the responsibility of business to create conditions conducive to the health of employees. The problem of technological stress and understanding of health based on medical and psychological approaches are considered. It is concluded that the psychological approach allows a broader consideration of health in relation to conditions of digitalization - social context and role of emotions. An overview of health research results in various countries is presented, taking into account the factors of education, gender, age, and culture. Recommendations are given for building an organizational culture based on hybrid communication, behavior in the workplace. and prevention of emotional burnout.
Comparison of American and Japanese governance led to the study of culture and its role in management of organizations.Pascale (1978) showed that Japanese firms expressed a supportive type of management with collective unions and is not characterized by mobility in business environment between companies. Such differences lead to difficulties in similar practices creating for the work of personnel outside of Japanese culture.
