ResumenEl objetivo de este artículo es analizar la importancia de la vinculación universidad-empresagobierno desde la mirada del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo (PND) 2013-2018, y desde dos enfoques relevantes; el primero es la importancia de la vinculación de las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) con el sector productivo apoyado por el gobierno, y el segundo, la importancia de la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación. La metodología utilizada para este trabajo es cualitativa puesto que parte de un modelo alternativo y simplificado, elaborado con base en referentes teóricos y empíricos aplicados principalmente en países desarrollados. La percepción de este análisis es la falta en México de una vinculación contundente debido al divorcio aparente entre las IES y el sector producto -ambos persiguen fines distintos y sostienen lenguajes heterogéneos-, y a la falta de correspondencia entre el calendario escolar y los ciclos de actividades desarrolladas en las empresas.Palabras clave: Vinculación, IES, Sector productivo y gobierno.

El objetivo primordial de este artículo es explicar de qué forma incide la formación de talento y la innovación en los procesos de vinculación que se llevan a cabo entre las universidades y la sociedad civil y organismos empresariales. Lo anterior mediante un estudio de caso sobre la industria mueblera de Jalisco, a través del modelo de triple hélice, cuádruple hélice y quíntuple hélice. Uno de los resultados contundentes es que la formación de talento y la innovación influyen en el fortalecimiento del sector mueblero jalisciense. Asimismo, en el campo de la vinculación se percibe la conformación de actores clave a nivel local y nacional para la integración de una red de agentes heterogéneos esenciales para la generación de desarrollo y crecimiento de este sector. Ahí, las instituciones de educación enfrentan el gran reto de participar en la transferencia de los resultados de sus investigaciones producto de la formación de talento hacia las empresas y la sociedad en general, con la finalidad de que esta apropiación genere riqueza alineada a las políticas públicas para contribuir al desarrollo sostenible del estado de Jalisco.
El objetivo de este artículo es mostrar la forma de vinculación entre los agentes heterogéneos (universidad o Instituciones de Educación Superior, empresa, gobierno, organismos intermedios, sociedad civil), para la producción de conocimiento e innovación, debido a las exigencias de la globalización y las tendencias internacionales, son fenómenos que requieren de cambios cada vez más apremiantes, una alternativa viable, como el fortalecimiento de estructuras innovadoras de colaboración. Se aborda algunos casos exitosos de vinculación entre agentes heterogéneos en el contexto internacional y la percepción de la construcción de los vínculos en México.
El objetivo del presente artículo es explicar la transferencia de conocimiento científico, tecnológico e innovación en el sector mueblero, vinculado con las universidades y con el gobierno del estado de Jalisco. Los resultados muestran que las empresas se han vinculado informalmente con la UDG, el ITESM y el ITESO. Éstas cuentan con una infraestructura tecnológica adecuada para la transferencia. El 31% de las empresas aprovechan el conocimiento científico tecnológico de las universidades a través de programas de vinculación como consultorías, servicio social, etcétera. La metodología utilizada fue mixta; se encuestaron a 290 empresas, se entrevistaron a siete representantes de universidades y dos representantes de organismos gubernamentales; los resultados obtenidos fueron analizados en dos softwares: SPSS y Atlas TI.
